【摘要】:当前,中国对内改革和对外开放都面临着新的突破,随着中国经济的高速发展,结构性矛盾和新一轮的产能过剩已形成了新的压力。习近平主席提出“一路一带”的战略构想,明确了对外开放的新路径,同时将成为中国经济新的增长点。因此这些因素对中国的铝工业发展、改造、升级奠定了基础指引了方向。豫联集团是一家煤电铝产业一体化的大型外资企业,该公司通过近三十年的发展建设,在中国铝工业占据了一定的位置。随着近些年的发展,该公司面临着产业结构的调整和转型问题,因此需要制定一个新的长期发展战略。本文对豫联集团所面临的外部环境和自身的经营进行了分析,得出了该公司的发展的机遇“一带一路启动在即,铝加工迎商机”和面临挑战“市场饱和和铝价持续走低”。对于企业自身的优势分析“成本技术优势和区域战略联盟优势”劣势分析“电力缺口大,成为发展的瓶颈和现有产品同质化过大切附加值低”得出该公司目前处于优势大与劣势,机遇大于威胁,在这种情况下,该公司应选择扩张性的开拓进取型战略,并提出“一体化全产业链战略”。为实施该战略提出了一是将现有产品线部分进行改造升级,将产品铝锭升级为高纯度铝。二是向产业链上游要利润,增加建设自己产业链欠缺的电力板块,和煤炭产量。三是向下游延伸产业链,将铝液直接加工成成品铝板铝箔,减少产业环节,增强该公司的竞争力等几个方面的发展建议,并对豫联集团发展提出了具体可行的解决方案,对铝工业企业的生存和产发展具有一定的理论指导意义,特别是对传统的加工制造业的企业转型升级具有积极的借鉴和参考作用。愿实施一体化全产业链战略,该集团能够在未来成为铝行业发展转型的样板企业。

"For their own analysis of the advantages of cost advantages and regional advantages of strategic alliances" analysis "power gap, become the bottleneck of existing products and homogeneous development a large cut low added value" that the company is currently in the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities outweigh the threat, in this case, the company should choose the pioneering strategy of expansion, and put forward the "integration of the whole industry chain strategy". For the implementation of the strategy proposed is to upgrade the existing product line part retrofit of products will be upgraded to high purity aluminum ingots. The two is the upstream industry chain to increase profits, the power sector to build their own industrial chain lack, and coal production.
