垂直专业化与外资溢出效应研究——基于中国工业企业数据的实证检验

【摘要】：笔者基于2003年~2007年中国工业企业数据,实证检验了中国内资企业垂直专业化与FDI对内资企业的技术溢出效应。结果发现:内资企业在垂直专业化中的低端锁定地位制约了生产率的提高,外资水平关联和后向关联阻碍了内资企业生产率的提高,前向关联促进了内资企业技术进步。外商直接投资的综合效应表现为水平关联且显著地提高了内资企业生产率,前向关联和后向关联显著地降低了内资企业生产率。内资小企业、出口企业和民营企业更易获得员工流动的益处。
[Abstract]:The author based on the data of Chinese industrial enterprises from 2003 to 2007. This paper empirically examines the technology spillover effects of vertical specialization of Chinese domestic enterprises and FDI on domestic enterprises. The results show that the low locking position of domestic enterprises in vertical specialization restricts the improvement of productivity. Foreign capital level correlation and backward correlation hinder the improvement of productivity of domestic enterprises. Forward correlation promotes the technological progress of domestic enterprises. The comprehensive effect of foreign direct investment is horizontal correlation and significantly improves the productivity of domestic enterprises. Forward correlation and backward correlation significantly reduce the productivity of domestic enterprises. Small domestic enterprises, export enterprises and private enterprises are more likely to obtain the benefits of employee mobility.
