【摘要】:忻州猫儿沟煤矿是山西煤销集团重组后的一座大型露天煤矿,煤矿资源具有得天独厚的优势,全矿包括#8,#9,#11,#12,#13共五层煤,共27.85米厚,煤质优良,未来利润十分可观。但是,猫儿沟煤矿重组后产量大增,致使企业原本的内部生产系统运转效率不高,造成了严重的资源浪费。为了提高企业内部的运转效率,提升煤炭产出率,重新规划猫儿沟煤矿的物流系统至关重要。因此,山西煤炭运销集团为了优化猫儿沟煤矿的生产物流系统,拟在忻州猫儿沟选煤厂建造煤炭物流园区。煤炭物流不同于一般商品物流,煤炭作为重量大、体积大、品种多的固体商品,其生产物流成本远高于一般商品物流成本,生产工艺涉及到了大量的运输工作,本文对山西省忻州市猫儿沟选煤厂的待建物流园区进行了布局规划研究。选煤厂作为煤炭洗选加工企业,SLP方法(系统化布置设计)正是生产企业物流设施规划的经典理论,因此本文采用SLP方法作对于猫儿沟煤炭物流园区进行了布局设计。第一,根据选煤厂的洗选工艺绘制了作业单元物流相互关系图;根据各作业单元的关系密切程度,绘制了作业单元非物流相互关系图;将物流分析与非物流分析整合,得到了各作业单元的综合相互关系图,并绘制了位置相关图。第二,参考园区各作业单元的占地面积规划,构建了数个可行的物流园区平面布局图。第三,对各平面布局图进行择优,得到了最优的猫儿沟煤炭物流园区平面布局图。本文的研究成果将直接应用于山西煤销集团猫儿沟煤炭物流园区的规划建设,帮助企业节约物流成本,促进企业高效运转,对山西煤销集团的发展起到积极作用。同时,论文的研究对于国内煤矿生产企业的设施规划也具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Xinzhou cat ditch coal mine is Shanxi coal group, after the reorganization of a large opencast coal mine, coal resources are richly endowed by nature advantages, including #8 #9, #11 mine, #12, #13, a total of five layers of coal, a total of 27.85 meters thick, coal quality, the future profit is very impressive. However, increasing yield of cat ditch coal mine restructuring after the enterprise original production system operation efficiency is not high, resulting in a serious waste of resources. In order to improve the enterprise interior operation efficiency, improve coal output rate, re planning of the logistics system of coal mine is the cat. Therefore, Shanxi coal transportation group in order to production logistics system optimization cat ditch coal mine, the construction of coal logistics park in Xinzhou cat ditch coal preparation plant. Coal logistics is different from the general commodity logistics, coal as a heavy weight, large volume, solid commodity varieties, the production logistics cost is much higher than the general commodity logistics The production process involves a lot of work in transportation, logistics park to be built in Shanxi city of Xinzhou Province Coal Washery cat ditch were studied. The layout of coal preparation plant as coal washing and processing enterprises, SLP (system layout design) is a classic production enterprise logistics planning theory, this paper uses SLP method for cat ditch coal logistics park of the layout design. First, according to the preparation process of coal preparation plant drawing operation unit logistics relation map; according to the operation unit of the close of the drawing operation unit of non logistics relation map; logistics analysis and non logistics integration, the integrated relationship each work unit, and draw the relevant position map. Second, covers an area of the park planning reference of operating units, construction of a number of feasible logistics park layout In Fig. third, the layout of merit, the cat ditch coal logistics park layout optimal planning and construction. The research results will be directly applied to the Shanxi Coal Group cat ditch coal logistics park, help enterprises to save the cost of logistics enterprises, promote the efficient operation, the development of Shanxi coal group play a positive role. At the same time, this paper also has a certain reference value for the domestic coal production enterprises facilities planning.
