【摘要】：自2011年下半年以来,受国内经济增长放缓,能源结构调整,在国际煤炭大量涌入中国及国内煤炭产能快速释放、国家治理环境污染的共同作用下,煤价大幅下滑,煤炭形势急转直下,煤炭“黄金十年”结束,时至今日,仍然没有走出困境。DT煤电公司是一个开发建设45年的老煤炭企业,如今更是雪上加霜,企业举步维艰。本文的研究针对DT煤电公司当前的经营发展战略困境进行分析,研究其发展战略困境的问题,并提出今后的战略发展方案。本文首先采用了PEST的分析工具对DT煤电公司的宏观战略环境进行了分析,其次采用了SWOT的分析工具对竞争战略环境做出分析。并构建了SWOT矩阵,根据公司的现状倾向于ST战略,即多种经营战略和集中发展战略。这样的战略方针与公司目前所处的发展战略困境有着很大的关系,本文提出了五年战略目标和十年战略目标,其中以五年战略目标为中心,提出了保障战略目标实现的对策和建议。本文的研究具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。采用了管理学和经济学等多学科的研究方法,研究内容极大的丰富了煤炭企业战略方面的研究,具有重要的理论意义,同时本文的研究对于DT煤电公司解决当前的发展战略困境有一定的指导作用,对有类似情况的煤炭企业也有参考意义。
[Abstract]:Since the second half of 2011, affected by the slowdown in domestic economic growth, the adjustment of energy structure, the influx of China in the international coal and domestic coal production capacity quick release, interaction between the state of environmental pollution, coal prices fell sharply, the coal situation of coal "gold a sudden turn for the worse, ten years ending today, still not out of the woods of.DT coal the company is a development and construction of the old coal enterprises for 45 years, now it is one disaster after another, enterprise is difficult. This research and analysis for the current DT coal company business development strategy dilemma, research the development strategy of the plight of the problems, and put forward the development strategy in the future. This paper uses the PEST analysis tool of macro strategy the environment of DT coal company is analyzed, followed by a SWOT analysis tools make the analysis of competition strategy environment. And construct the SWOT matrix, according to the public Our current situation tends to ST strategy, namely a variety of business strategy and focus strategy. The development strategy and strategic policy dilemma that the company has a great relationship, this paper puts forward five years strategic objectives and strategic goal of ten years, of which five years strategic objectives as the center, and put forward the guarantee to achieve strategic objectives the countermeasures and suggestions. It has important theoretical significance and practical significance of the research in this paper. The research adopts the methods of management science and economics and other disciplines, research content greatly enriches the research of the coal enterprise strategy, has important theoretical significance, the paper studies on the DT coal company to resolve the dilemma of the current development strategy is some guidance, to have some reference significance for coal enterprises in similar situations.
