【摘要】:在经济贸易全球化的二十一世纪,对产品品质要求越来越苛刻,对产品质量的重视程度也日渐提高。要想成功的占领市场,就必须要有过硬的质量,社会经济的进一步发展离不开质量的推动。就目前来看,一个企业要想在激烈的市场竞争下获得生存,必须要深知质量管理才是获胜的关键因素。所以,一个企业要想在竞争中存活、并打出一条出路,就要求企业的质量管理水平和高度具绝对的优势。J公司作为新中国成立后的第一批化工机械制造企业。很早就通过了ISO-9001质量体系认证,在认证后的早期,J公司质量管理方面都产生的很大的改变,极大地推动了企业的发展。然而,随后的很长一段时期J公司质量体系停步不前,在运行中逐步与时代脱节,很多有关质量管理方面的规章制度也拘泥于形式,产品质量问题也越来越多,J公司的发展已经被严重的制约。鉴于此,作者首先对目前已有的三种质量管理体系的质量控制方法的相关的理论进行了详细的了解以及分析总结,通过大量的查阅相关文献了解了目前国内外对于质量管理相关理论的研究。通过研究总结J公司压力容器制造质量管理有着以下几个问题:企业质量管理体系运行的主动性不强,质量体系相关文件没有很好的执行;质量责任考核没有发挥应有的作用;专业质量管理体系方面人才分布不合理;产品质量的稳定性差前期开发的产品次品率高,批量生产时,工艺时间长,成本高;物料管理不完善等。根据以上存在的问题,进行深入的分析和研究,以质量管理理论为基础提出了相应的质量体系改进方案。最后,为确保改善方案的有效实施,结合J公司的现状和战略需要,本文介绍了改善方案的实施步骤,并提出了改善方案实施所需的支持措施。改进方案主要是在公司目前采用的IS09001:2000质量体系之上结合现代质量管理理论,对企业质量管理措施及管理体系进行逐步完善,在全公司实现全员管控质量、加强对体系流程的完善并加强对其体系流程的执行力、完善自我、实现品质超越的管理机制,文章最后J公司成立QC活动小组,利用六西格玛质量管理理论来降低质量成本、提高产品质量、提升管理水平。要想保证方案的顺利进行,需要各级领导充分发挥带头与监督的作用,高层领导也要对管理体系的改进大力支持,对成立高效的质量管理体系培训制度;打造活泼积极的企业文化;严格落实质量责任考核等几个方面制定相应的措施来对改进方案的实施进行保障。
[Abstract]:In 21th century of economic and trade globalization, the requirements of product quality are becoming more and more stringent, and the degree of attention to product quality is also increasing. In order to successfully occupy the market, we must have excellent quality. The further development of social economy can not be separated from the promotion of quality. At present, if an enterprise wants to survive in the fierce market competition, it must know that quality management is the key factor to win. An enterprise wants to survive the competition and have a way out. As the first batch of chemical machinery manufacturing enterprises after the founding of New China, J company has passed the ISO-9001 quality system certification very early. In the early days after certification, the quality management of company J has changed a lot, which has greatly promoted the development of the enterprise. However, the quality system of company J has stopped for a long period of time. In operation gradually out of touch with the times, a lot of rules and regulations on quality management are also bound to form, product quality issues are also more and more serious constraints on the development of J Company. In view of this. First of all, the author has a detailed understanding and analysis of the existing three quality management system quality control methods of the relevant theory. Through a large number of related literature to understand the current domestic and foreign research on quality management theory. Through the research summary J pressure vessel manufacturing quality management has the following problems:. The initiative of enterprise quality management system is not strong. Quality system related documents are not well implemented; The assessment of quality responsibility did not play its due role; The distribution of talents in professional quality management system is unreasonable; The stability of product quality is poor, the rate of defective product developed in the early stage is high, when the batch is produced, the process time is long and the cost is high; Material management is not perfect. According to the above existing problems, in-depth analysis and research, based on the quality management theory as the basis of the corresponding quality system improvement scheme. Finally. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement program, combined with the current situation and strategic needs of J Company, this paper introduces the implementation steps of the improvement scheme. The paper also puts forward the supporting measures to improve the implementation of the scheme, which is mainly based on the IS09001:2000 quality system adopted by the company at present and combined with the modern quality management theory. Enterprise quality management measures and management system to gradually improve, in the whole company to achieve the quality of management and control, strengthen the improvement of the system process and strengthen the implementation of its system process, improve themselves. Finally, J company set up QC activity group, using six Sigma quality management theory to reduce quality cost and improve product quality. Improve the management level. To ensure the smooth implementation of the program, leaders at all levels need to give full play to the role of leadership and supervision, and senior leaders should also give strong support to the improvement of the management system. To establish an efficient quality management system training system; To create a lively and positive corporate culture; Strict implementation of quality responsibility assessment and other aspects of the relevant measures to improve the implementation of the program to ensure.
