M矿业公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:当今中国,资源问题是一个重大的经济问题,资源已经成为制约经济发展的瓶颈。矿业对经济社会发展的支撑作用是毋庸置疑的,而中小型矿业企业对我国经济发展起着拾遗补缺、就业蓄水池和对技术革新的推动作用,在国民经济中处于不可或缺的重要地位。M矿业公司是一个比较有代表性的小型矿业公司,除去采选冶这几块业务,其业务范围基本上涵盖了矿业行业的大部分业务领域。本文以M矿业公司作为研究对象,对M矿业公司的内外部环境进行了分析。就公司外部环境而言,全球范围矿业投资环境得到改善,投资成本大大下降,矿业发展预期良好,新能源和绿色生态矿业成为新增长点,国家对中小型企业的政策加大支持力度等等,但同时也面临着当前全球矿业市场低迷,地勘行业竞争加剧,地质人才断档严重,矿业技术研发风险大以及环保要求提高等威胁;就M矿业公司内部环境来说,公司在储量计算和审定方法、创新技术人才、销售服务网络和社会声誉等方面具有优势,但战略意识淡薄、意图不明确,管理组织不科学,有限的资源分散,跌入多元化陷阱,技术创新能力受限以及市场营销能力不足等问题困扰公司的发展。据此,提出了坚持诚信经营、科技创新的理念,走内涵式扩张、外延式发展的创新可持续发展道路,以一流的矿业服务标准,打造独立的第三方多元化服务机构的发展战略。同时,提出了完善管理制度体系,提升公司管理水平;优化公司治理结构,充分发挥组织效能;推进企业信息化建设和培育先进的企业文化等具体措施,以确保M矿业公司的发展战略顺利实施,从而实现公司的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the resource problem is an important economic problem in China, and the resource has become the bottleneck restricting the economic development. There is no doubt that the mining industry plays a supporting role in the economic and social development. The small and medium-sized mining enterprises play an important role in the economic development of our country, such as filling gaps, employment cisterns and promoting technological innovation. M Mining Company is a representative small mining company, except mining, processing and smelting. The scope of its business basically covers most of the business areas of the mining industry. This paper takes M Mining Company as the research object, analyzes the internal and external environment of M Mining Company. As far as the external environment of the company is concerned. Global mining investment environment has been improved, investment costs have been greatly reduced, the development of mining industry is expected to be good, new energy and green ecological mining become a new growth point, the state policy to small and medium-sized enterprises to increase support and so on. But at the same time, it also faces the current global mining market downturn, the geological prospecting industry competition intensified, geological talents seriously, mining technology research and development risk and environmental protection requirements raised and so on. As far as the internal environment of M Mining Company is concerned, the company has advantages in reserves calculation and approval methods, innovative technical talents, sales service network and social reputation, but its strategic consciousness is weak and its intention is unclear. Management organization is unscientific, limited resources are scattered, fall into the trap of diversification, technical innovation ability is limited and marketing ability is insufficient to trouble the development of the company. The concept of scientific and technological innovation, take the connotation of expansion, extension of innovative and sustainable development of the road, with first-class mining service standards, to create an independent third-party diversified service organization development strategy. At the same time. To improve the management system and improve the management level of the company; Optimize corporate governance structure and give full play to organizational effectiveness; In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of M Mining Company and to realize the sustainable development of the company, we should promote the construction of enterprise information and cultivate the advanced enterprise culture and other specific measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of M Mining Company.
