基于因子分析和DEA-malmquist的大型发电企业效能评价研究

【摘要】：现如今发电企业多数是在高成本、高安全、低效能的状态下运行,为保证企业的可持续发展,就需要将三者合理的平衡起来。随着大型发电企业投入和生产规模的不断扩大,提高效能逐渐成为各发电企业越来越重视的问题。随着电力体制改革的不断深化,厂网分开、竞价上网、降本增效等市场行为逐渐引入,市场竞争日趋激烈。大型发电企业若想在挑战和竞争中获得生存发展,就要在降低成本、保证安全的前提下提高企业效能。面对新的挑战,中国发电企业不但要了解电力市场需求,还需要正视自身的经营效果和能力,从而不断的优化资源配置,提高企业效能。本文首先介绍了效能的基本理论,理清了企业绩效和企业效能概念的异同,并阐述了效能评价的相关管理论方法；在分析近年来我国大型发电企业效能分析现状和发电企业效能评价必要性的基础上,结合指标选取原则,构建了反映其企业效能的指标体系,对指标进行了详细解释；采用因子分析法对发电企业效能评价指标进行降维处理,以降低各指标之间的相关性；选取DEA-Malmquist指数模型作为评价方法,以三家大型发电企业(大唐、华能、华电)相关数据对其实施了效能评价,并对结果进行了分析。通过评价研究验证了本文构建的效能评价体系与方法具有科学性和适用性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, most power generation enterprises are running under the condition of high cost, high safety and low efficiency, in order to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. It is necessary to balance the three reasonably with the continuous expansion of the input and production scale of large power generation enterprises. With the deepening of electric power system reform, market behaviors such as separation of power plant and network, bidding and increasing efficiency are gradually introduced. If large power generation enterprises want to survive and develop in the challenge and competition, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of enterprises under the premise of reducing costs and ensuring safety. Chinese power generation enterprises not only need to understand the demand of electricity market, but also need to face up to their own management effect and ability, so as to optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic theory of efficiency. This paper clarifies the similarities and differences between the concepts of enterprise performance and enterprise effectiveness, and expounds the relevant management theory methods of efficiency evaluation. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of efficiency analysis and the necessity of efficiency evaluation of large power generation enterprises in China in recent years, the index system reflecting the efficiency of large power generation enterprises is constructed based on the principle of selecting indicators. The indicators are explained in detail; Factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimensionality of the efficiency evaluation index of power generation enterprises in order to reduce the correlation between each index. The DEA-Malmquist index model is selected as the evaluation method, and three large power generation enterprises (Datang, Huaneng, Huadian) are used to evaluate their effectiveness. The results are analyzed. The effectiveness evaluation system and method constructed in this paper are verified to be scientific and applicable.
