南平市绿色食品产业现状分析及发展对策

【摘要】:随着科学技术发展,人类在不断推进城市工业化和农业现代化的过程中,也带来了诸如生态环境破坏、农产品质量下降、食品安全问题严重等负面影响。在这种背景下,遵循可持续发展原则的绿色食品,以其无污染、优质、安全的特点,逐渐走进人们视野,越来越受到国内外消费者的欢迎。绿色食品产业要求生态环境优良,对从种养植到生产销售的全过程进行质量管控,并对产品和生产进行质量认证。南平市作为福建省农业大市,绿色食品开发和规模走在全省前列,特别是近几年,随着南平市提出建设绿色城市,发展生态优势的口号,南平市绿色食品产业得到快速发展,但是问题也随之而来。首先,本文以概述的方式简单介绍了绿色食品的概念、特征、研究意义等内容,并阐述了国内外绿色食品的研究状况,从南平市特点入手,分析南平发展绿色食品产业的必要性。其次,以产业集群理论、“三品一标”及绿色食品原料标准化基地县认证等理论或标准为基础,对南平市绿色食品产业在农业环节、加工环节、销售环节三方面的发展现状进行分析,得出南平市在加工环节发展的巨大潜力。同时运用SWOT分析南平市绿色食品产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出影响南平市绿色食品产业的多方面因素。通过资料分析和数据比对两种研究方式,对南平市绿色食品产业从2010年起到2015年的发展成效做出分析,明确南平市绿色食品产业在全省的战略地位。最后针对南平市在绿色食品产业发展中存在的问题,提出针对性的对策建议,为实现城市经济社会发展双提升提供决策参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, in the process of promoting the industrialization of cities and the modernization of agriculture, human beings have also brought about the destruction of ecological environment and the decline of the quality of agricultural products. Under this background, green food, which follows the principle of sustainable development, has gradually entered the field of vision with its characteristics of no pollution, high quality and safety. More and more welcome by domestic and foreign consumers. Green food industry requires a good ecological environment, from planting and planting to production and sales of the whole process of quality control. Nanping City as a big agricultural city in Fujian Province, green food development and scale in the forefront of the province, especially in recent years, with Nanping City proposed to build a green city. With the slogan of developing ecological advantages, the green food industry in Nanping City has been developing rapidly, but the problems have followed. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of green food in an overview way. The significance of the study, and elaborated the research situation of green food at home and abroad, starting with the characteristics of Nanping City, analyzes the necessity of developing green food industry in Nanping. Secondly, the theory of industrial cluster. Based on the theory or standard of "three products and one Standard" and the county certification of green food raw materials standardization base, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the green food industry in Nanping City in three aspects: agricultural link, processing link and sales link. At the same time, using SWOT to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the green food industry in Nanping. Put forward a variety of factors affecting the green food industry in Nanping. Through data analysis and data comparison two research methods. Nanping City green food industry from 2010 to 2015 to make an analysis of the development of the results. To clarify the strategic position of the green food industry in Nanping in the province. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the development of the green food industry in Nanping City, put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. For the realization of urban economic and social development dual promotion to provide decision-making reference.
