【摘要】:在经济开放的今天,许多中小企业都闯出了一片天地,逐渐成为我国经济的中坚力量。但在中小企业发展之初,受多方资源限制,企业为保证初期生存而追求企业利润,大多忽略了企业管理,导致企业在从稳定期迈进高产期的持续发展过程中遭遇瓶颈。有效的企业及人才管理,成为解决企业在从稳定期迈进高产期,实现持续发展的有效方法。笔者根据人力资源管理理论,对JS公司这样一个西安市矿产类中小型企业进行研究,发现JS公司在人力资源管理中存在对人力资源管理理解不透彻、人才管理方案不够优化等问题,并针对这些问题提出建立有效招聘体制、完善的激励机制、合理的绩效考核方案等意见,以期能够帮助JS公司找到适合其企业状况的人力资源管理之路,也为西安市中小企业的人力资源管理方法提供一些参考意见,为增强西安市中小企业在日趋激烈的竞争环境中的竞争力和持续性发展贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:In today's open economy, many small and medium-sized enterprises have broken out of a world, gradually become the backbone of our economy, but at the beginning of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, subject to multi-resource constraints. In order to ensure the initial survival and the pursuit of corporate profits, most enterprises ignore the enterprise management, which leads to the bottleneck in the process of sustainable development from stable period to high production period. Effective enterprise and talent management. It has become an effective method to solve the problem of high production and sustainable development. According to the theory of human resource management, the author studies the small and medium-sized enterprise of mineral industry such as JS company in Xi'an. Found that JS company in human resources management human resources management understanding is not thorough, talent management program is not enough to optimize and other problems, and put forward to establish an effective recruitment system, perfect incentive mechanism. The reasonable performance appraisal plan and so on can help JS company to find the suitable human resources management road which suits its enterprise condition, also provides some reference opinions for the Xi'an small and medium-sized enterprise's human resources management method. In order to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the increasingly fierce competitive environment.
