美尊公司毛纺云平台商业模式研究

【摘要】：毛纺行业是中国纺织工业的重要组成部分,在出口创汇、扩大内需、提高纺织技术水平方面发挥了重大作用。随着世界范围内互联网的普及,各行业的电子商务随之发展,毛纺行业主要依托于综合性互联网交易平台,并没有形成产业聚类平台。在整条产业链的互动需求不断增强的背景下,毛纺行业的电子商务发展有了新的机遇和挑战,对新型商业模式的适应性及可操作性的研究十分必要。美尊公司位于江苏省无锡市,是为毛纺行业进行云平台服务的具有新型商业模式的公司,研究美尊公司的商业模式对互联网背景下毛纺企业的发展具有重要意义。本文从商业模式的涵义、构成要素、评价及创新研究四个方面对目前国内外商业模式的相关研究进行了总结,通过查阅国家统计数据和相关研究报告分析得出了毛纺行业和电子商务发展的相关情况。在此基础上,从客户价值、资源和能力、盈利模式三个维度分析了美尊公司的毛纺云平台商业模式。根据国内外学者对商业模式评价的相关研究,构建了对云平台商业模式的评价体系,并采用基于熵权法的模糊综合评价法,对美尊公司毛纺云平台的商业模式进行评价,根据评价结果提出了优化建议。
[Abstract]:Wool textile industry is an important part of China's textile industry. It plays an important role in exporting foreign exchange, expanding domestic demand and improving textile technology. The wool textile industry mainly relies on the comprehensive Internet trading platform, and has not formed the industrial cluster platform. Under the background of the increasing interactive demand of the whole industry chain, the development of e-commerce in the wool textile industry has new opportunities and challenges. It is necessary to study the adaptability and maneuverability of the new business model. Meizun, located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, is a company with a new business model, which serves the wool textile industry with cloud platform. It is of great significance to study the business model of Mizun Company for the development of woolen textile enterprises under the background of the Internet. Four aspects of evaluation and innovation research are summarized on the current domestic and foreign business model related research, through consulting the national statistical data and related research reports, obtained the relevant situation of wool textile industry and e-commerce development. This paper analyzes the business model of wool spinning cloud platform of Mizun Company from three dimensions of customer value, resources, ability and profit model. According to the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation of business model, the evaluation system of cloud platform business model is constructed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight method is used to evaluate the business model of the wool spinning cloud platform of Meizun Company, and the optimization suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results.
