战略性企业社会责任对组织变革的影响机制研究

【摘要】:随着公众对于环境保护和食品安全问题的重视,人们对企业履行社会责任也提出了更高的要求。另外,随着“共享价值”概念的深入人心,构建一种既能解决社会问题,又能满足企业业务发展需要的企业社会责任模式势在必行。而战略性企业社会责任将社会和企业作为利益共同体,以“共赢”为宗旨来实现企业和社会的可持续发展。因此,研究战略性企业社会责任对组织变革的影响,有一定的现实意义。本文的研究综述分为三个方面,首先界定了战略性企业社会责任的内涵和维度,其次分析了组织认同的概念、维度、前因变量和结果变量,再次介绍了组织变革的概念、产生原因、组织变革类型以及对变革过程的研究。在文献梳理基础上,本文提出了三个变量之间的关系假设,初步构建战略性企业社会责任对组织变革的影响机制模型。然后,本文综合多种因素选择了蒙牛乳业、雅培中国、箭牌糖果为研究对象进行多案例分析,进一步验证和完善了战略性企业社会责任对组织变革的影响机制模型。本文通过对战略性企业社会责任的细分和组织认同概念的引入,在进行理论分析和案例探讨之后得出了以下结论:价值链型企业社会责任对组织变革有正向影响;竞争环境投资型企业社会责任对组织变革有正向影响;价值链型企业社会责任对组织认同有正向影响;竞争环境投资型企业社会责任对组织认同有正向影响;组织认同对组织变革有正向影响。总之,通过战略性企业社会责任对组织变革影响机制的研究,能够为企业选择战略性企业社会责任和实施组织变革提供决策依据和参考。
[Abstract]:With the attention of the public to environmental protection and food safety, people have put forward higher requirements for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility. In addition, with the concept of "shared value" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, a kind of social problems can be solved. The model of corporate social responsibility which can meet the needs of enterprise business development is imperative. The strategic corporate social responsibility regards society and enterprise as the community of interests and aims at "win-win" to realize the sustainable development of enterprise and society. It is of practical significance to study the impact of strategic corporate social responsibility on organizational change. The research review of this paper is divided into three aspects: firstly, it defines the connotation and dimension of strategic corporate social responsibility, and secondly, it analyzes the concept of organizational identity. Dimension, prodependent variable and result variable, then introduce the concept of organizational change, the causes of organizational change, the type of organizational change and the study of the process of change. On the basis of literature review, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between the three variables. The model of the influence mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility on organizational change is constructed. Then, this paper chooses Mengniu dairy industry, Abbott China, Wrigley candy as the research object to carry on the multi-case analysis. Further validates and consummates the mechanism model of the influence of strategic corporate social responsibility on organizational change. This paper introduces the concept of strategic corporate social responsibility and organizational identity through the subdivision of strategic corporate social responsibility and the introduction of the concept of organizational identity. After theoretical analysis and case study, the following conclusions are drawn: value chain corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on organizational change, competitive environment investment enterprise social responsibility has a positive impact on organizational change; Value chain corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on organizational identity; competitive environment investment corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on organizational identity; organizational identity has a positive impact on organizational change. Through the study of the influence mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility on organizational change, it can provide decision basis and reference for enterprises to choose strategic corporate social responsibility and implement organizational change.
