【摘要】:目前,我国印刷市场已发展成为全球四大印制中心之一,印刷行业内,企业之间的竞争日益加剧,如何在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展已成为许多印刷企业需要解决的首要问题,特别是对于中小型印刷企业来说,如何对目前的形势做出客观的判断,进而采取有效的管理举措,发挥优势,扬长避短,打造自身的核心竞争力,已成为企业能否持续健康发展的关键问题。Z印务公司作为业内的一家中小型印刷企业,正面临着上述问题,如何认识自身并作出选择,对于Z公司未来的生存和发展将具有重要的意义。本论文以企业战略管理及其它相关基础理论为指导,采用实证的研究方法,对Z印务公司的发展战略进行研究,并作出具体的战略及相关规划。本文首先对研究过程中涉及的战略、战略管理和战略分析工具等理论知识进行了阐述。接下来对Z印务公司的内部资源环境及竞争地位进行了介绍,并采用SWOT分析方法对Z印务公司内部的优势和劣势、外部的机遇和挑战进行了归纳、总结。在对Z印务公司所处的外部环境分析中,本文先后运用PEST分析法、波特五力模型等分析方法对外部环境进行了分析和总结。在此基础上对Z印务公司的发展战略进行了分析和构建,提出具体的业务发展方案和实施办法。最后,本文在上述分析的基础上,通过实证研究得出如下结论:第一,对Z印务公司来说优势大于劣势,机遇大于挑战。Z印务公司应充分利用自身的优势资源,在稳定现有客户资源的基础上,加大市场开发力度,实现业务的规模扩张。第二,Z印务公司适合采取成本战略与差异化战略相结合的战略方案,以低成本、高质量,优质的服务同现有固定客户加深合作,同时获得新客户的支持。第三,Z公司需要积极的进行管理创新和技术创新,提高自身的核心竞争力,实行多元化发展,对市场变化做出快速响应,打破发展的局限性。第四,Z公司还需要加大人才队伍建设力度,努力的塑造复合型人才,同时积极的吸纳培养高端管理人才和技术研发人员,提高企业人力资源的整体配置效率。通过对Z印务公司进行系统、科学的分析研究,希望能够对Z公司的战略规划起到现实的指导意义,帮助企业实现科学化、规范化管理的同时提高其竞争优势,促进企业健康持续发展。同时期望在当今市场竞争激烈的状态下,对同类中小印刷企业的发展能够起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the printing market in China has developed into one of the four major printing centers in the world, and the competition among enterprises in the printing industry is increasing day by day. How to survive and develop in the fierce competition has become the primary problem that many printing enterprises need to solve, especially for the small and medium-sized printing enterprises, how to make an objective judgment on the current situation. Furthermore, taking effective management measures, giving full play to its advantages, promoting its strengths and avoiding its weaknesses and building its own core competitiveness has become the key issue for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprises. Z Printing Company, as a small and medium-sized printing enterprise in the industry, has become a key issue for its sustainable and healthy development. Facing the above problems, how to understand itself and make choices will be of great significance for the future survival and development of company Z. This paper is guided by the enterprise strategic management and other relevant basic theories, and adopts the empirical research method. This paper studies the development strategy of Z Printing Company, and makes specific strategies and related plans. Then the paper introduces the internal resource environment and competitive position of Z Printing Company, and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Z Printing Company. The external opportunities and challenges are summarized and summarized. In the analysis of the external environment of Z Printing Company, this paper uses PEST analysis method successively. On the basis of the analysis and construction of Z Printing Company's development strategy, the concrete business development plan and implementation method are put forward. Based on the above analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions through empirical research: first, for Z printing company, the advantages are greater than the disadvantages, the opportunities are greater than the challenges. Z printing companies should make full use of their own advantages and resources. On the basis of stabilizing the existing customer resources, we should increase the strength of market development and realize the scale expansion of business. The second printing company is suitable to adopt the strategic plan combining cost strategy and differentiation strategy, with low cost and high quality, The high quality service deepens the cooperation with the existing fixed customer, at the same time obtains the support of the new customer. The third company needs to actively carry on the management innovation and the technical innovation, enhances own core competition ability, implements the diversification development, To make a quick response to market changes, to break the limitations of development. The company also needs to increase the strength of the construction of talent team, try to shape the composite talent, and actively absorb and train high-end management personnel and technical research and development personnel, Through the systematic and scientific analysis and research on Z Printing Company, it is hoped that it will play a practical guiding role in the strategic planning of Z Company and help the enterprise to realize the scientization. At the same time, the standardized management can improve its competitive advantage and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises. At the same time, it is expected that the development of the similar small and medium-sized printing enterprises can be used for reference under the condition of fierce market competition.
