【摘要】：2012年以来,煤炭行业遭遇了黄金发展十年之后最严峻的考验。受世界经济持续低迷、国内经济发展困难增多影响,煤炭主要下游需求行业表现疲软,煤炭经济运行下行的压力加大。全国煤炭市场发生了急剧变化,煤炭产业步入调整期,煤炭需求、产销量、铁路和港口转运量的增速大幅下滑,净进口持续快速增长。在产量、净进口量和库存量的持续上升之余,煤炭消费量增幅继续下降,行业利润和煤炭价格也出现跌落。作为煤炭产业机械设备供应方的煤机企业,受到了煤炭产业下滑的影响。采煤企业产煤增速放缓,对配套的机械设备需求增速有所下降,煤机企业面临着发展上的挑战,但整体发展趋势还是趋于乐观的。正忠科技公司作为国内研发制造煤矿井下辅助运输系统的领军企业,又是一家处于快速成长中的中小型、科技型企业,在当前也面临着企业发展的重重考验,适时修正企业经营战略是实现可持续性发展所必不可少的环节。本文以正忠科技公司的经营战略作为研究对象,在对我国煤机行业的发展现状和特点、行业竞争状况、煤机企业发展的典型模式、煤机行业主要产品市场分析与预测进行较深入的分析后,开始逐步制定正忠科技的主要经营战略。本文针对公司的特点、软肋及当务之急,重点选取了发展目标、产品的研发、质量管理规划、市场经营策略、生产环境提升改造及战略实现途径与保障措施进行了论述。战略规划与管理是一个动态的过程,正忠科技在执行公司战略的同时,应关注市场动态,对管理措施进行适时修正。
[Abstract]:Since 2012, the coal industry has suffered its toughest test after a decade of gold development. Affected by the continued downturn in the world economy and increasing difficulties in domestic economic development, the main downstream coal demand industries have been weak. The downward pressure on the coal economy has increased. The national coal market has undergone drastic changes. The coal industry has entered a period of adjustment. The growth rate of coal demand, production and sales volume, railway and port transportation volume has dropped sharply, and net imports have continued to grow rapidly. As net imports and inventories continue to rise, coal consumption growth continues to decline, industry profits and coal prices also fall. Coal machine companies, as suppliers of machinery and equipment in the coal industry, Affected by the decline in the coal industry, coal mining enterprises are facing challenges in their development, as coal mining enterprises slow down the rate of coal production growth, and the growth rate of demand for supporting machinery and equipment has decreased. But the overall development trend is still optimistic. Zhengzhong Technology Company, as a leading domestic enterprise in developing and manufacturing auxiliary transportation systems in coal mines, is also a small and medium-sized, technology-based enterprise in rapid growth. At present, it is also facing many challenges of enterprise development. It is an essential link to realize sustainable development to revise the business strategy in time. This paper takes Zhengzhong Science and Technology Company's management strategy as the research object. After a deep analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the coal machine industry in China, the competition situation of the industry, the typical model of the development of the coal machine enterprise, the market analysis and prediction of the main products of the coal machine industry, Beginning to gradually formulate the main management strategy of Zhengzhong Science and Technology. According to the company's characteristics, weakness and urgent affairs, this paper focuses on the selection of development objectives, product research and development, quality management planning, market management strategy, The strategy planning and management is a dynamic process. Zhengzhong Science and Technology should pay attention to the market dynamics while carrying out the company's strategy, and revise the management measures at the right time.
