工资、失业与制造业内部结构变动区域差异分析

【摘要】:本文通过建立固定效应模型、随机效应模型和综合效应模型,分析工资、失业与制造业内部结构变动的区域差异。研究表明:工资对东部地区资本密集型制造业内部结构变动的影响力度远小于劳动密集型产业;对于东部地区,失业与劳动密集型制造业内部结构和资本密集型制造业内部结构的变动正相关,而与技术密集型制造业内部结构的变动负相关;对于中部地区,失业与劳动密集型制造业内部结构的变动正相关,与资本和技术密集型制造业内部结构的变动负相关;对于西部地区,失业与劳动和资本密集型制造业内部结构的变动正相关,与技术密集型制造业内部结构的变动负相关。这对于中国不同区域制定不同的产业政策和工资政策提供了理论依据和参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a fixed effect model, a stochastic effect model and a comprehensive effect model are established to analyze the wage. Regional differences between unemployment and internal structural changes in manufacturing industries. The study shows that wages have a much smaller impact on the changes in the internal structure of capital-intensive manufacturing industries in the eastern region than in labour-intensive industries, while in the eastern region, Unemployment is positively related to the internal structure of labor-intensive manufacturing and capital-intensive manufacturing, but negatively related to the internal structure of technology-intensive manufacturing. Unemployment is positively correlated with changes in internal structure of labor-intensive manufacturing industries, negatively with changes in internal structures of capital and technology-intensive manufacturing industries, and positively with changes in internal structures of labour-intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing industries in the western region. It is negatively related to the change of internal structure of technology-intensive manufacturing industry, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for different regions of China to formulate different industrial policies and wage policies.
