【摘要】：国际直接投资推动了全球经济的发展,也促进了国际贸易在各国的开展。外商在华汽车零部件行业的投资不仅对我国汽车工业的发展做出了卓越贡献,也积极促进了我国汽车零部件的进出口业务。随着我国汽车市场的繁荣,各大跨国汽车主机厂及汽车零部件公司纷纷进驻中国,希望从中国市场获取丰厚利润。外商投资汽车零部件公司不仅在我国市场上为各大主机厂提供产品和服务,还积极利用我国的生产成本优势从事出口业务。本文首先介绍了外商汽车零部件企业在中国投资的状况及特点,分析了我国汽车零部件进出口贸易现状与特点,然后从有利和不利两个方面分析了外商在华汽车零部件投资对我国汽车零部件进出口贸易的影响。外商在中国投资出于企业生产需要,需从国外进口一些设备和原材料,推动了我国进口贸易。因为外商投资企业在全球范围内拥有广泛的销售网络,在中国投资的企业如果具有价格优势,就可以将其产品销往世界各地,从而带动了我国出口贸易的发展。外商在华投资汽车零部件企业具有技术溢出效应,同时也由于我国内资汽车零部件企业在许多领域与外资企业之间的技术差距不大,我国内资汽车零部件企业的技术吸收能力较强,因此在华投资的外商汽车零部件企业技术溢出效应明显。通过对外商在华汽车零部件投资对我国进出口贸易影响的分析,可帮助政府合理引导外商在华汽车零部件投资。对如何进一步扩大我国的进出口贸易也具有实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:International direct investment has promoted the development of the global economy and international trade in various countries. Foreign investment in China's auto parts industry has not only made outstanding contributions to the development of China's automobile industry, It has also actively promoted the import and export of auto parts in China. With the prosperity of the automobile market in China, major multinational automobile mainframe factories and auto parts companies have moved into China one after another. We hope to make a good profit from the Chinese market. Foreign invested auto parts companies not only provide products and services for major mainframe factories in the Chinese market, This paper first introduces the investment status and characteristics of foreign auto parts enterprises in China, and analyzes the current situation and characteristics of import and export trade of automobile parts in China. Then it analyzes the influence of foreign investment in China on the import and export of auto parts from two aspects: favorable and unfavorable. Foreign investment in China is required by enterprises, so they need to import some equipment and raw materials from abroad. Promoted China's import trade. Because foreign-invested enterprises have an extensive sales network around the world, enterprises that invest in China can sell their products to all parts of the world if they have a price advantage. This has led to the development of China's export trade. Foreign investment in auto parts enterprises in China has a technology spillover effect. At the same time, because of the small technological gap between domestic auto parts enterprises in many fields and foreign-funded enterprises, The technology absorption capacity of domestic auto parts enterprises in China is relatively strong, so the technology spillover effect of foreign auto parts enterprises investing in China is obvious. Through the analysis of the impact of foreign investment in automobile parts in China on China's import and export trade, It can help the government to guide foreign investors to invest in auto parts in China. It is also of practical significance to further expand China's import and export trade.
