中小型可再生能源电力企业最优债务期限结构的选择

【摘要】：中小型可再生能源电力企业基于技术创新投资的债务期限结构的选择问题,关系到企业投资新技术的成本、可持续性以及企业最终的经济效益。构建中小型可再生能源电力企业基于技术创新投资的期望效用函数,得到期望效用最大化下,可再生能源中小型电力企业的新技术研发、债务期限结构以及额外融资风险之间的关系,并给出其债务期限结构与额外融资成本之间的均衡关系,求解得到可再生能源中小型电力企业基于技术创新投资的最优债务期限结构选择原则和方法。
[Abstract]:The choice of debt maturity structure based on technological innovation investment in small and medium-sized renewable energy power enterprises is related to the cost of investing in new technologies. The expected utility function of medium and small renewable energy power enterprises based on the investment of technological innovation is constructed, and the new technology research and development of small and medium-sized renewable energy power enterprises based on the maximum expected utility is obtained. The relationship between debt maturity structure and additional financing risk, and the equilibrium relationship between debt maturity structure and additional financing cost is given. The principle and method of optimal debt maturity structure selection for renewable energy SMEs based on technological innovation investment are obtained.
