基于国内外发展现状的江西环保装备制造业发展策略

【摘要】：在能源短缺和环境恶化日益突出、环境治理任务艰巨的背景下,环保装备作为污染治理和环境保护的重要物质技术基础,其制造产业的发展越来越受到各国的重视。本文分析了国内外环保装备制造业的发展现状及我国存在的主要问题,并就"十三五"期间环境装备制造业发展即将进入提档升级黄金发展期的条件下,如何进一步加快江西省环保装备制造业发展,从制定并实施《江西省环保装备制造业"十三五"发展规划》、加快引进国际国内高端环保装备制造企业和项目、建立环保装备制造业高新技术研发中心和技术转化平台以及健全和完善支持政策等方面提出了具体的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the background of energy shortage and environmental deterioration and the arduous task of environmental control, environmental protection equipment is an important material and technical basis for pollution control and environmental protection. More and more attention has been paid to the development of the manufacturing industry. This paper analyzes the present situation of the environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad and the main problems existing in our country. And how to further accelerate the development of Jiangxi's environmental equipment manufacturing industry under the conditions that the development of the environmental equipment manufacturing industry is about to enter the golden development period of lifting and upgrading during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. From formulating and implementing the "13th Five-Year Plan" of Jiangxi's Environmental Protection equipment Manufacturing Industry, and speeding up the introduction of high-end environmental protection equipment manufacturing enterprises and projects at home and abroad, The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the establishment of high-tech R & D center and technology transformation platform of environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry and the improvement and improvement of supporting policies.
