【摘要】：正山东公司在全省范围内推动建设车辆管理一体化体系,推进车辆管理制度、管理模式、管理平台、运维管控及监督考核的"五统一",实现车辆基础信息完整、管理规范有序、降本增效显著、行车安全可控,全面提高车辆管理水平。实施背景适应环境变化、改革发展的外部要求。党的十八届四中全会通过《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,对全面推进依法治国
