煤炭企业协同创新网络模型构建

【摘要】：近两年,在煤炭需求不旺、过剩产能难以消化、煤炭价格连续下降的严峻市场形势下,对煤炭企业来说,自身苦练内功,进行技术创新,促进产品升级改造,提高运作效率,是企业发展的必然选择。本文根据协同创新理论,基于煤炭企业技术创新的现状,分析出煤炭企业技术创新存在的问题,如投入偏少、开采技术落后、创新能力不足、创新环境较差等。最后从构建分层协同体系,形成协同创新网络,创建协同创新平台,促进创新资源在行业内整合及创新成果的共享,保障协同创新高效运行,提升煤炭企业竞争力,推动我国煤炭产业升级等方面提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, coal demand, excess capacity is difficult to digest, coal prices decline grim market situation of coal enterprises, their own hard skills, technological innovation, promote the upgrading of products, improve the operation efficiency of enterprises, is the inevitable choice. Based on the collaborative innovation theory, the current situation of technological innovation of coal based on the analysis of coal enterprise's technological innovation problems, such as too little investment, backward mining technology, lack of innovation capability, innovation environment is poor. Finally, from the construction of hierarchical collaborative system, the formation of collaborative innovation network, create a collaborative innovation platform to promote the sharing of innovation resources integration in the industry and innovation, cooperative security innovative and efficient operation, enhance the competitiveness of coal enterprises, and promote China's coal industry upgrading and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
