L.D家具有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国家具业一路高歌猛进,其行业规模和行业产值随着城镇化建设步伐的加快和人们生活水平的不断提高,一直保持着快速稳定的增长。经过几十年的发展,家具市场已经发生了很大的变化,竞争日趋激烈,行业整合正在进行,而在激烈的市场竞争中,能够胜出的是那些有明确的战略管理思想的企业,因此企业战略管理水平的高低关系到企业的长远发展。企业要想在市场取得一定竞争地位,就不能还是停留在只依靠领导者的经验或者直觉来管理公司,必须要建立起科学的战略管理目标和体系。本文以L.D家具有限公司为研究对象,在对L.D公司内外环境进行分析的基础上,为L.D公司制定适合企业自身发展的战略管理方案和实施建议。通过本文的研究和分析,为公司的逐步发展和有关部门及管理人员在作战略决策时起到可借鉴作用。本文的主要研究内容有:首先,运用PEST分析法对公司宏观环境进行了分析,然后对我国家具行业竞争环境进行了全面系统的分析和研究,并运用波特的五力模型分析了企业的竞争结构,总结出公司面临的外部机遇和威胁,接着阐述和分析了L.D公司内部资源和能力的现状,并总结出公司面对市场机遇和威胁所具有的内部优势和劣势。其次,本文借助SWOT分析工具,在对公司内外部环境分析总结的基础上提出了L.D公司的总体发展战略目标,并为实现目标选择了可行的发展战略,即实施战略联盟、以开发新产品为主的扩张战略、绿色发展战略以及品牌战略。最后,立足于L.D公司的实际现状,对公司发展战略的实施措施以及保障措施提出了相应建议,从而对公司战略的有效实施起到了很好的指导作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the furniture industry of our country has made great progress. With the acceleration of urbanization construction and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the industry scale and industry output value have maintained a rapid and steady growth. After decades of development, The furniture market has undergone great changes, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, industry integration is under way, and in the fierce market competition, those who are able to win are those enterprises with clear strategic management ideas. Therefore, the level of strategic management is related to the long-term development of the enterprise. If an enterprise wants to gain a certain competitive position in the market, it cannot just rely on the experience or intuition of the leader to manage the company. It is necessary to set up a scientific strategic management target and system. This paper takes L.D Furniture Co., Ltd as the research object, on the basis of the analysis of the internal and external environment of L.D Co., Ltd. To make strategic management plan and implement suggestion for L.D company. Through the research and analysis of this paper, The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the macro environment of the company is analyzed by using PEST analysis method. Then the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis and research on the competitive environment of the furniture industry in China, and analyzes the competitive structure of the enterprise by using Porter's five-force model, and summarizes the external opportunities and threats faced by the company. Then, this paper expounds and analyzes the present situation of L.D 's internal resources and capabilities, and summarizes the internal strengths and weaknesses of L.D in the face of market opportunities and threats. Secondly, this paper makes use of SWOT analysis tools. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the internal and external environment of the company, this paper puts forward the overall development strategic goal of L.D Company, and chooses the feasible development strategy for the realization of the goal, that is, to implement the strategic alliance and to develop the expansion strategy of the new product. Finally, based on the actual situation of L.D Company, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the implementation measures and safeguard measures of the company's development strategy, which plays a good guiding role in the effective implementation of the company's strategy.
