中成股份投资孟加拉国电力市场拓展策略研究

【摘要】:作为一家以成套设备及技术进出口和境外投资经营为主营业务的国有上市企业,中成进出口股份有限公司(以下简称“中成股份”或“公司”)在其重点开发市场——孟加拉国市场一直以承揽EPC承包工程项目为主要经营特色。2009年国家开发投资公司成为公司实际控制人后,公司针对孟加拉国市场目前呈现出的机遇,结合上级公司的发展战略,意图通过整合实际控制人在电站投资和运营方面的雄厚实力与公司自身在成套设备出口项目开发方面优势,寻求在该国别市场投资燃煤电站项目的机会。本文的研究重点即是深入分析公司投资该市场面临的内外部战略条件,从而对公司的投资战略提出建议。文章首先回顾了中成股份自成立以来在孟加拉国的经营概况,随后应用PEST分析模型、波特五力分析模型和SWOT分析法,对孟加拉国电力市场的投资环境、竞争环境和公司面临的机遇、威胁和自身优劣势进行了深入的分析。最后,基于上述三种分析方法得出的结论,针对公司开发新市场将面临的挑战与不足,文章提出以公私协作模式为突破点的差异化战略和强化联合体经营策略的战略建议,并从经济性角度简要论证了公司在该市场投资燃煤电站项目的可行性。
[Abstract]:As a state-owned listed enterprise whose main business is the import and export of complete sets of equipment and technology and overseas investment, China Cheng import and export co., Ltd. This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the internal and external strategic conditions faced by companies investing in the market. In this paper, the author first reviews the general situation of China Cheng shares' operation in Bangladesh since its establishment, and then applies PEST analysis model, Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis method. The investment environment, competitive environment and opportunities, threats and advantages and disadvantages of Bangladesh's electricity market are analyzed in depth. Finally, based on the conclusions of the above three analytical methods, the paper makes a deep analysis of the investment environment, the competitive environment and the opportunities, threats and advantages and disadvantages of Bangladesh's electricity market. In view of the challenges and shortcomings that the company will face in developing the new market, this paper puts forward the differentiation strategy based on the public-private cooperation model and the strategic suggestion of strengthening the management strategy of the joint venture. The feasibility of the company's investment in coal-fired power station project in this market is briefly demonstrated from the economic point of view.
