农户参与食品短链模式影响因素分析——基于选择实验法的实证

【摘要】:现代食品供应链过长导致了生态环境破坏、食品安全以及利润分配不均等多方面问题。食品短链模式是缩短食品供应链环节,最少化生产者和消费者之间中间商数量的食品供应体系。通过对南京市农户实地调研,基于选择实验法分析了农户参与食品短链模式的意愿及其影响因素。研究结果表明,中间商数量、农产品销售价格和农户人际关系3个属性都能显著影响农户加入食品短链模式的决策。在食品短链模式的属性中,农户更加偏好中间数量的属性,即食品短链模式中间商数量的减少对于农户参与决策影响程度最大。
[Abstract]:The long supply chain of modern food causes many problems, such as ecological environment damage, food safety and unequal profit distribution. Based on the field investigation of farmers in Nanjing, the willingness of farmers to participate in short chain food model and its influencing factors are analyzed based on selective experiment. The number of middlemen, the selling price of agricultural products and the interpersonal relationship of farmers all have significant influence on the decision of farmers to join the food short chain model. In the attribute of food short chain model, farmers prefer the attribute of intermediate quantity. That is to say, the reduction of the number of food short chain middlemen has the greatest influence on farmers' participation in decision-making.
