C公司IRIS质量管理体系重建研究

【摘要】:开展质量管理体系建立是帮助企业提升产品质量、控制质量成本、降低经营风险、增强市场竞争实力的重要途径之一。为此,中国各行业的企业引入了以IS09000族为代表的各类质量管理体系标准,轨道交通装备制造行业也先后引入了IS09000族质量管理体系标准和IRIS质量管理体系标准。然而在质量管理体系运行的实践中,不少企业都出现了标准难以落地,管理难出实效的现象。本文尝试从管理实践出发,借着企业机构重组,重新建立IRIS质量管理体系的契机,通过调查法、比较分析法、文献研究法等研究方法,研究在C公司重新建立一套更具符合性和有效性的IRIS质量管理体系的方法。首先,本文简要介绍了国内外质量管理体系研究现状;其次,本文较为系统地介绍了IS09000族和IRIS质量管理体系;接着,本文较为详细地介绍了IRIS检查表以及如何运用IRIS检查表这一工具客观地分析和评价C公司的质量管理现状,发现其中的问题点和薄弱环节;然后,本文介绍了如何通过同行企业调查、咨询公司辅导、标准研究等途径针对出现问题提出改进方法,并给出了C公司质量管理体系重建计划及实施结果;最后,本文针对IRIS质量管理体系中的工序转包管理、特殊工序管理、知识管理和配置管理这4个难点给出了管理模式。本文有助于铁路装备制造行业的企业建立IRIS质量管理体系或改进IRIS质量管理体系运行现状,对于其它行业企业的质量管理体系建立和改进也具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The establishment of quality management system is one of the important ways to help enterprises improve the quality of products, control the cost of quality, reduce the risk of operation and enhance the competitive strength of the market. Enterprises in various industries in China have introduced various quality management system standards represented by the IS09000 family. The rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has also introduced IS09000 family quality management system standard and IRIS quality management system standard successively. However, in the practice of quality management system operation, many enterprises have found that standards are difficult to fall into the ground. Based on the management practice, this paper attempts to re-establish the IRIS quality management system by taking advantage of the reorganization of enterprises, and through the methods of investigation, comparative analysis, literature research, etc. This paper studies the methods of re-establishing a more conformance and effective IRIS quality management system in C Company. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the research status of quality management system at home and abroad; secondly, This paper systematically introduces the IS09000 family and the IRIS quality management system, and then introduces the IRIS checklist and how to objectively analyze and evaluate the quality management status of C Company by using the IRIS Checklist tool. Then, this paper introduces how to improve the problem through peer enterprise investigation, consulting company counseling, standard research and so on. The reconstruction plan and implementation results of quality management system in C Company are given. Finally, this paper aims at the subcontracting management of working procedure and special process management in IRIS quality management system. The four difficult points of knowledge management and configuration management are given in this paper. This paper is helpful to establish IRIS quality management system or improve the running status of IRIS quality management system in railway equipment manufacturing industry. It also has reference significance for the establishment and improvement of quality management system in other industries and enterprises.
