【摘要】:在当代社会,信息是整个社会的黏结剂,与物资、能量一起构成社会赖以生存的三大资源,是不可或缺的生产要素。企业的根本出路在信息化,信息化水平的高低从某种程度上反映的是企业现代化管理的程度和科学化管控的水平。ERP作为企业资源管理系统的杰出代表,是企业信息化的首选目标,它致力于在企业管理的各个活动环节中,使企业经营管理活动中的物流、信息流、资金流有效的结合起来。本文以CE公司ERP系统优化项目为研究对象,从系统优化设计的角度,通过调研并了解CE公司在ERP系统应用过程中所遇到的问题以及新的业务需求,对现有的ERP系统中所收集的需求进行分析,对需求分析的内容进行分类并加以分析和研究,并提出优化设计内容。具体研究内容如下:该文章首先明确了研究的理论基础和国内外研究现状。在此基础上结合CE公司ERP系统的建设情况以及该公司ERP系统近几年的使用情况,充分挖掘CE公司ERP使用过程中的新需求。为了确保针对需求分析的结果能够快速指导实施团队就优化项目的专题进行研究,采用德尔菲法,使业务和技术专家在背对背的形式下对项目的问题分类进行判断,识别出决策支持、用户访问和ERP2.0三类共16个关键需求。其次,论文应用层次分析法对CE公司ERP系统优化项目的关键需求进行了评价,发现经营分析、管理驾驶舱、报表调优权限平台和投资管理的关注程度较大。最后,有针对性的对上述七个关键需求,给予相应的具体解决方案。论文采用理论和实际项目相互渗透,把CE公司ERP系统优化设计中的问题分类采用定量分析和定性分析进行有机结合,从CE公司ERP系统优化设计项目中用户最关注的内容点出发,力求制定切实可行的并可快速实施的ERP系统优化的解决方案,同时也为其他ERP优化类项目提供有益的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the contemporary society, information is the binder of the whole society. Together with materials and energy, it constitutes the three major resources on which society depends for its survival, and is an indispensable factor of production. The fundamental outlet of an enterprise lies in information technology. The level of informatization reflects to some extent the degree of enterprise modernization management and the level of scientific control. ERP, as an outstanding representative of enterprise resource management system, is the preferred target of enterprise informatization. It is committed to the effective combination of logistics, information flow and capital flow in the various activities of enterprise management. In this paper, the ERP system optimization project of CE Company is taken as the research object, and from the point of view of system optimization design, Based on the investigation and understanding of the problems encountered by CE in the application of ERP system and the new business requirements, the requirements collected in the existing ERP system are analyzed, and the contents of the requirement analysis are classified, analyzed and studied. And put forward the content of optimization design. The specific research contents are as follows: firstly, this paper clarifies the theoretical basis of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad. On this basis, it combines the construction of ERP system of CE Company and the recent development of ERP system of CE Company. Years of use, Fully tap the new requirements in CE ERP usage. In order to ensure that the results of the requirements analysis can quickly guide the implementation team to carry out research on optimization projects, the Delphi method is used. To enable business and technical experts to judge the problem classification of the project in a back-to-back format, identify three types of key requirements: decision support, user access and ERP2.0. The paper evaluates the key requirements of CE ERP system optimization project by AHP, and finds out that the management analysis, cockpit management, report tuning authority platform and investment management are of great concern. According to the seven key needs mentioned above, specific solutions are given in this paper. The theoretical and practical projects are used to permeate each other. The classification of the problems in the optimization design of CE ERP system is organically combined with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Starting from the content points that the users pay most attention to in the ERP system optimization design project of CE Company, This paper tries to make a feasible and rapid implementation of the ERP system optimization solution, but also for other ERP optimization projects to provide a useful reference.
