2016年世界主要国家矿业投资环境评价

【摘要】：矿业投资环境评价是对影响矿业投资的自然、社会、经济和政治等要素的综合评价。国外从20世纪60年代末开始进行投资环境研究,而主要的矿业投资环境评价体系是杰姆·奥托、弗雷兹研究所和贝里多贝尔的评价体系。这些评价体系都是从西方人的视角来看待矿业投资环境,未必完全适合中国的矿业企业。本文从中国人的视角,在充分调研的基础了建立了一套评价指标体系,通过确立指标的权重和分级标准,采用专家打分法,计算了85个国家和地区的投资环境评价分值。最后通过对比2015年和2016年评价排序位次的变化,对排序变化大的国家进行了原因分析。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of mining investment environment is a comprehensive evaluation of the natural, social, economic and political factors that affect mining investment. And the main evaluation systems for the mining investment environment are those of Jim Otto, the Fraser Institute, and the Bellidobell. These evaluation systems look at the mining investment environment from the perspective of the West. This paper, from the perspective of Chinese people, establishes a set of evaluation index system on the basis of full investigation and research. By establishing the weight and grading standard of the index, the expert scoring method is adopted. The investment environment evaluation scores of 85 countries and regions are calculated. Finally, by comparing the changes of ranking ranking in 2015 and 2016, the causes of the great changes in ranking are analyzed.
