榆神能源公司员工培训效果评估研究

【摘要】:随着企业之间的竞争程度更为激烈,层次更加深入,维度更趋多元化,人才成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要因素。企业想要实现增收,拥有高素质精英和生产高效,培训是必不可少的手段,但培训效果的评估却存在一些问题。榆神能源公司的员工培训效果不明显,培训的有效性缺失。所以,对培训效果的评估就成为实现员工个人价值与企业发展的有效融合,并在市场竞争中占据优势地位的主要问题。榆神能源公司历来十分注重员工的培训,在员工培训方面投入了大量的人力物力和财力,但是培训的效果却不尽如人意,没有达到预期的效果。针对此问题,首先,论文坚持理论与实践相结合,通过对国内外培训效果评估的先进理论进行深入研究及客观评价,为榆神能源公司的员工培训效果评估的研究奠定理论基础。其次,对榆神能源公司培训工作及员工培训效果评估现状进行调研,分析该公司员工培训效果评估存在的问题及产生此类问题的原因。再次,以柯克帕特里克四层次培训效果评估模型为理论基础,设计榆神能源公司员工培训效果评估模型。最后,运用该评价模型对对榆神能源公司培训项目中的《煤炭经营管理及计量管理》课程进行了员工培训效果评估研究成果实施验证,验证了煤炭企业员工培训效果评估设计成果的科学性、实用性与有效性。通过建立员工培训效果评估指标体系,构建培训效果评估模型,并对榆神能源公司员工培训效果进行评估,结果表明本论文对榆神能源公司员工培训有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:As the competition between enterprises becomes more intense, the level deeper and the dimension more diversified, talent becomes an important factor for enterprises to remain invincible in the fierce market competition. Training is an essential means to have high quality elites and high production efficiency, but there are some problems in evaluating the effectiveness of training. Yushen Energy Company's staff training effect is not obvious, and the effectiveness of training is missing. The evaluation of training effect has become an effective integration of individual value of employees and enterprise development, and occupies a dominant position in market competition. Yushen Energy Company has always attached great importance to employee training. A great deal of manpower and financial resources have been invested in employee training, but the effect of training is not satisfactory and has not reached the expected result. To solve this problem, first of all, the paper insists on combining theory with practice. Through the in-depth study and objective evaluation of the advanced theory of training effect evaluation at home and abroad, it lays a theoretical foundation for the research of employee training effect evaluation in Yushen Energy Company. Secondly, This paper investigates the current situation of training work and employee training effect evaluation in Yushen Energy Company, analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation of employee training effect in this company and the reasons for such problems. Based on the Kirkpatrick four-level training effect evaluation model, this paper designs the training effect evaluation model of Yushen Energy Company. Finally, The evaluation model is used to validate the results of the research on the evaluation of the effect of the training of coal and metrological management in the training project of Yushen Energy Company. This paper verifies the scientific, practical and effective design results of employee training effect evaluation in coal enterprises. Through the establishment of employee training effect evaluation index system, the training effect evaluation model is constructed. The results show that this paper is of great significance to the training of employees in Yushen Energy Company.
