基于矩阵模式的航天型号项目管理优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,中国航天事业的发展,两弹一星、载人航天事业、嫦娥一号等科技国防事业不断蓬勃发展,在世界航天史上写下了浓墨重彩的一笔。然而,当前我国已经进入市场经济时代,其主要特征就是经济系统以网络化方式进行动态扩展、企业生产与组织形态不断发生变化,当前国民经济建设和国防事业的发展过程中,对航天领域各个产品的科研生产要求越来越精细,因此有必要对目前航天产品的生产管理模式进行研究总结,也是指导后续航天产品的生产制造的需要。本文针对当前我国传统管理体制下的航天型号项目发展所存在的问题,从矩阵管理模式分析入手,结合航天企业实际情况进行分析研究,将矩阵组织管理模式运用到我国航天企业生产管理,以解决当前航天企业生产管理存在的弊端。本文首先论述了论文提出的背景以及研究的目的和意义,并就矩阵组织相关理论的国内外研究现状和本文所涉及的相关概念进行了阐述,在此基础上,对国际一流航天军工企业的矩阵管理实践进行了介绍,并就矩阵管理对我国航天型号项目管理的启示进行总结;其次,对矩阵管理理论以及我国航天型号项目的管理特点进行了论述,并就矩阵管理模式下航天企业型号项目的管理所存在问题进行了分析;再次,本文对矩阵管理下的航天企业的型号项目管理模式进行了构建,并对具体的矩阵管理机制进行了阐述;最后,本文提出了运用矩阵管理完善航天型号项目管理的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of China's space industry, such as two bombs and one satellite, manned spaceflight, Chang 'e-1, and other scientific and technological national defense undertakings, has continued to flourish. At present, our country has entered the era of market economy, its main characteristic is the dynamic expansion of the economic system in the way of network, the continuous changes in the production and organization of enterprises, and the development of the current national economy and national defense. The requirements for scientific research and production of various products in the aerospace field are becoming more and more sophisticated, so it is necessary to study and summarize the current production management model of aerospace products. It is also the need to guide the production and manufacture of subsequent spaceflight products. Aiming at the problems existing in the development of spaceflight model projects under the traditional management system of our country, this paper starts with the analysis of matrix management mode. According to the actual situation of aerospace enterprises, the matrix organization management model is applied to the production management of Chinese aerospace enterprises. In order to solve the problems existing in the production management of spaceflight enterprises, this paper first discusses the background of the paper and the purpose and significance of the research. The research status of matrix organization theory at home and abroad and the related concepts involved in this paper are expounded. On this basis, the matrix management practice of international first-class aerospace military enterprises is introduced. Secondly, the theory of matrix management and the characteristics of Chinese aerospace project management are discussed. The paper also analyzes the problems existing in the model project management of aerospace enterprises under the matrix management mode. Thirdly, this paper constructs the model project management model of the aerospace enterprises under the matrix management. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to perfect the space model project management by using matrix management.
