壹陆厂精益化生产管理研究

【摘要】:机械制造业是我国国民经济的支柱产业。随着世界经济飞速发展,现代制造业逐渐改变着人们的生产方式、生活方式、经营管理模式乃至社会的组织结构和文化。我国航空制造业属于国家战略性新型产业,受到国家政策大力扶持,发展迅猛,未来发展空间广阔,但我国的航空制造业的生产管理却远远落后于行业整体的发展,故生产管理水平的提升尤为重要。沈飞壹陆厂是中航工业集团沈飞公司下属的一家专业从事机加生产民用飞机零件的新建国有企业。目前在良好的行业前景下,民用飞机的零件供应商也日渐增多,竞争也更加激烈。为能持续分得更大的转包份额获得更多的效益,持久的成为生产民用飞机的战略供应商,企业原有的生产管理模式已暴露出诸多问题,本文通过对问题的研究并改进,以达到快速响应市场,提升客户满意度,最终提升该厂的竞争力。本文旨在以精益生产为指导思想,结合沈飞壹陆厂的实际情况,分析该厂原有生产管理流程存在的问题后,采用精益化生产的理论和方法,力图在现有资源条件下改进现有生产管理,从而改善和提高整个壹陆厂的生产管理运行效率。本文从壹陆厂的传统生产模式、生产库存和生产布局的现状展开分析,通过对现有生产管理体系的问题深入剖析,找出并确定生产管理中存在的问题根源,然后根据精益化生产的相关理论、民用飞机制造与技术相关理论的行业特点和专业要求,主要从现代生产模式、库存控制和生产布局的改进进行研究,促进精益思想在生产管理中的运用,从而达到对企业的生产管理进行改进。本文通过对目前生产状况改进措施的实施,针对企业生产的实际进行分析和研究,使壹陆厂在生产过程中达到生产均衡与高效,最终准时交付。有效地减少生产资源的浪费,促使企业采用现代化生产手段,有效的组织生产活动。
[Abstract]:The machinery manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of our national economy. With the rapid development of the world economy, the modern manufacturing industry is gradually changing people's mode of production and way of life. China's aviation manufacturing industry belongs to the national strategic new type industry, which is strongly supported by the state policy, and develops rapidly, and has a broad space for future development. However, the production management of China's aviation manufacturing industry lags far behind the development of the industry as a whole. Therefore, the improvement of production management level is particularly important. Shen Fei Yilu Factory is a new state-owned enterprise specialized in the production of aircraft and civil aircraft parts under the subsidiary of the China Aviation Industry Group Shenfei Corporation. At present, under the favorable industry prospects, Civil aircraft parts suppliers are also increasing and competition is becoming fiercer. In order to gain more benefits in order to continue to share a larger share of the subcontract, it has become a strategic supplier for the production of civil aircraft for a long time. The original production management model of enterprises has exposed many problems, this paper through the research and improvement of the problems, to achieve a rapid response to the market, improve customer satisfaction, The purpose of this paper is to take lean production as the guiding ideology, combined with the actual situation of Shenfei Yilu plant, to analyze the problems existing in the original production management process of the plant, and to adopt the theory and method of lean production. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the production management of the whole plant under the condition of existing resources, this paper analyzes the traditional production mode, production inventory and production layout of the plant. Through the deep analysis of the problems in the existing production management system, the root causes of the problems in the production management are found and determined, and then according to the relevant theories of lean production, the industry characteristics and professional requirements of the relevant theories of civil aircraft manufacturing and technology, Mainly from the modern production mode, inventory control and the improvement of production layout to promote the use of lean ideas in production management, In order to improve the production management of the enterprise, through the implementation of the current production improvement measures, according to the actual production of the enterprise analysis and research, so that the production of Yilu factory in the production process to achieve balance and efficiency. Finally, timely delivery. Effectively reduce the waste of production resources, promote the adoption of modern production means, effective organization of production activities.
