山东造纸工业技术进步效率实证研究

【摘要】：目前是加快转变山东造纸工业发展方式的攻坚时期,为了解决造纸工业面临的资源、环境、结构等方面的发展难题,改变高资本、高人力投入的发展模式,实现“低碳、绿色、可循环”的产业发展道路,必须推进技术进步对造纸行业发展的引导作用。要充分发挥技术进步对山东造纸工业的支撑作用;要把技术进步作为提升造纸工业整体水平,培育新的经济增长点以及转型升级常抓不懈的重要手段;要努力提升山东造纸工业技术进步效率,提高单位要素产出从而实现推动造纸工业的高质量地快速发展。因此客观、全面、科学地分析山东造纸工业技术存在的问题以及深入探究影响技术进步效率的相关因素,并在此基础上对技术进步效率进行实证分析,对促进山东造纸工业技术进步的研究与实践以及提高造纸工业技术发展并最终建立起技术优势有重大意义。本文主要对山东造纸工业技术进步效率进行探索研究,依据造纸工业当前的技术发展状况,确定相关的技术效率影响因素。并在此基础上选择适当的数学研究方法对技术进步效率进行实证分析,以期为山东造纸工业的技术发展提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems faced by the papermaking industry in terms of resources, environment and structure, to change the development model of high capital and high manpower input, and to realize "low carbon, green", it is a critical period to speed up the transformation of the development mode of paper industry in Shandong, and to solve the problems faced by the paper industry in terms of resources, environment and structure.The circular road of industrial development must promote the guiding role of technological progress in the development of paper industry.It is necessary to give full play to the supporting role of technological progress in Shandong papermaking industry, to take technological progress as an important means to promote the overall level of the papermaking industry, to cultivate new economic growth points and to make constant efforts in transformation and upgrading.In order to promote the high quality and fast development of paper industry, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of technological progress of Shandong paper industry and increase the output of unit factors.Therefore, objective, comprehensive and scientific analysis of the existing problems of Shandong paper industry technology and in-depth exploration of the relevant factors affecting the efficiency of technological progress, and on the basis of empirical analysis of the efficiency of technological progress,It is of great significance to promote the research and practice of technological progress in Shandong papermaking industry and to improve the technological development of papermaking industry and finally to establish technological advantages.In this paper, the technological progress efficiency of paper industry in Shandong Province is explored and studied. According to the current technological development of the paper industry, the factors affecting the technical efficiency are determined.On this basis, appropriate mathematical research methods are selected to analyze the efficiency of technological progress in order to provide a reference for the technological development of Shandong papermaking industry.
