新华防护器材有限责任公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:伴随安全生产观念的广泛传播,为保证生产安全、避免事故发生,减少自然伤害和人为事故带来的损失,各级人民政府和生产厂商要逐步提高安全生产意识与投入,未来我国安全防护产业的需求旺盛,存在巨大的国内市场发展空间,是带动未来经济发展的一个新的经济增长点。企业发展战略涉及领域极广,属于企业战略的一种,主要是针对企业发展所进行的谋划,是企业针对发展过程中遇到问题时所采用的全面的、较长时间的、根本性的谋略。企业发展战略更加突出整体性,是一种上位概念,处于统领地位,企业发展战略是企业取得发展与行业领先地位的重要方法。然而,我国国内安全防护器材生产厂商可能会对企业发展战略的本质理解不够透彻,更有甚者会将企业发展战略认为是阻碍,在企业发展战略的设计和实施中产生施加压力。许多国内生产厂商将企业的计划视为企业的发展战略,没有与时局相关联,与企业实务相脱节,致使企业所设计的内容无法在现实中实施,企业发展战略也就不能继续推进。本文以特定研究对象——新华防护器材有限责任公司为切入点进行了分析与研究,提出适合该企业自身发展的战略,以期提升企业在防护器材行业内的竞争实力,最终实现新华防护器材有限责任公司可持续发展战略的总体目标。综合分析环境评价矩阵后可知,新华防护器材有限责任公司的内部环境是处在优势的,但是该优势并不突出;新华防护器材有限责任公司外部环境较为有利,但企业能获得机会的战略高度不充分,需提高重视程度,并提升反应能力。针对新华防护器材有限责任公司内外部环境的重新审视与评价,要求改进企业现有的发展战略,并认为要求改变发展战略与定位是合理的。通过SWOT矩阵分析后,可知,新华防护器材有限责任公司可以采用SWOT矩阵分析出现的四种备选战略,即提高财务杠杆;一专多元化,进一步拓展市场;提高品牌建设力度;提升企业文化建设等。再用QSPM矩阵对战略进行评价,最终确定新华防护器材有限责任公司的总体发展战略为SO战略,即增长型战略。此外,还明确了新华防护器材有限责任公司的愿景和战略目标,着重以品牌和技术优势打造产品的差异化,开发中、高端防护器材产品,本文还相应地制定了生产运营职能战略、资源保障职能战略和战略支持职能战略。本文所提出的实证研究的相关结论,是笔者在实践过程中运用管理知识思考所得的,期望笔者的某些观点能够为新华防护器材有限责任公司的发展提供具有建设性的意见,并为类似的防护器材公司及行业提供一定程度上具有意义的借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the wide spread of the concept of safe production, to ensure production safety, to avoid accidents, reduce man-made accidents and loss of natural damage, the people's governments at all levels and manufacturers to gradually increase the awareness of safety and investment, the future of China's security industry, the demand of the domestic market, there is a huge space for development, is a new the economic growth point in the future economic development. Enterprise development strategy relates to the field is extremely wide, belongs to a kind of corporate strategy, is mainly aimed at planning for the development of enterprises, the problems encountered in the development process of the enterprise for comprehensive, long time, the fundamental strategy of enterprise development strategy is more prominent. Overall, is a concept in the dominant, enterprise development strategy is the important method of enterprise development and achieved a leading position in the industry. However, China's domestic security protection Protective equipment manufacturers may understand the nature of the enterprise development strategy is not thorough enough, even the enterprise development strategy that is hindered, the pressure generated in the design and implementation of enterprise development strategy. Many domestic manufacturers business plan as the development strategy of the enterprise is not associated with the separation, with the enterprise practice, resulting in the design of enterprise content can not be implemented in reality, enterprise development strategy will not continue. In this paper, the specific research object: Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company as the starting point for analysis and research, put forward the enterprise development strategy, in order to promote the competitive power of enterprise in the door the equipment in the industry, and ultimately to achieve the overall goal of the sustainable development strategy of Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company. After the comprehensive analysis of environmental evaluation matrix, Xinhua Protective equipment limited liability company's internal environment is in advantage, but this advantage is not prominent; Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company external environment is favorable, but the enterprise can obtain the opportunity of strategic height is not sufficient, the need to improve the degree of attention, and enhance the ability to respond. For re examination and evaluation of Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company inside and outside the environment, requirements to improve the existing enterprise development strategy, and that the request to change the development strategy and positioning is reasonable. Through the analysis of SWOT matrix, the Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company can analyze four alternative strategy based on SWOT matrix, which is designed to increase financial leverage; a diversification, further expand the market; improve the brand construction; promote the building of enterprise culture. The strategy was evaluated by QSPM matrix, confirms the protective equipment limited liability company finally The overall development strategy for the SO strategy, namely growth strategy. In addition, also clear Xinhua protection equipment limited liability company's vision and strategic objectives, focus on brand and technological advantages to create product differentiation, development, high-end protective equipment products, this paper also set up the production operation function strategy, resource protection functional strategy and strategic support function strategy. Research conclusion in this paper, the author is in the process of practice on the use of management knowledge, the author can expect some views for the Xinhua protective equipment provided constructive opinions of the development of a limited liability company, and provide meaningful reference for a certain extent protective equipment company and similar industry.
