生态文明背景下长三角制造业结构变迁对环境的影响和对策

【摘要】：制造业是三次产业的中流砥柱,长三角地区作为中国制造业的产业基地,尽管三产结构比重正在逐步向服务业倾斜,但制造业的基础作用不能忽视。近年来长三角制造业的转型升级成绩有目共睹,但运输、电子、装备制造、化学原料制品制造等重化工业占长三角制造业的比例居高不下,区域发展不平衡仍制约着长三角地区生态文明的脚步,制造业环境影响虽然有向好的趋势,但综合影响指数偏大,负面问题不容忽视。长三角制造业生态文明化发展需要进一步缩小区域发展不平衡,重视生态文明的产业发展政策,实现产业转型升级向环境友好的方向发展。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry is the mainstay of the three industries. The Yangtze River Delta region is the industrial base of China's manufacturing industry. Although the proportion of the three-industry structure is gradually tilting to the service industry, the basic role of the manufacturing industry can not be ignored. In recent years, the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta has been evident to all, but heavy chemical industries such as transportation, electronics, equipment manufacturing, chemical raw materials manufacturing, etc., account for a high proportion of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta. The imbalance of regional development still restricts the pace of ecological civilization in the Yangtze River Delta. Although the environmental impact of manufacturing industry has a trend of good, but the comprehensive impact index is too large, negative problems can not be ignored. The development of ecological civilization of manufacturing industry in Yangtze River Delta needs to further reduce the imbalance of regional development, attach importance to the industrial development policy of ecological civilization, and realize the industrial transformation and upgrading to an environmentally friendly direction.
