治理术与中国:研究国家、社会与自我的新取向

【摘要】：福柯的治理术这一概念越来越成为学术界关注的焦点,该术语旨在对治理的本质进行某种重新思考。作为"指导行为的行为",也即直接地指导人们如何行为和行动并可进行一定程度计算的各种方式,治理术概念引发了很多关于"如何"治理的研究:我们如何进行治理,我们如何被治理,国家治理、对他人的治理、自我治理之间具有何种关系,等等。最初,这一概念的应用仅限于分析西方社会。然而,现在有很多研究开始逐渐探寻治理术概念在分析非西方社会政府时的有用性。本文将概述治理术的基本特征,并详细解释如何运用这一概念研究中国的"政府"和"治理"问题。
[Abstract]:The concept of Foucault's governance has increasingly become the focus of academic attention. The term aims at rethinking the nature of governance. As a "guiding behavior," that is, a variety of ways to direct how people behave and act and can be calculated to a certain extent, the concept of governance has led to a lot of research on how to govern: how we govern. How we are governed, how we govern, how we govern others, how we govern ourselves, and so on. Initially, the application of this concept was limited to the analysis of Western societies. However, many studies are beginning to explore the usefulness of the concept of governance in the analysis of non-western governments. This paper will outline the basic features of governance, and explain in detail how to use this concept to study "government" and "governance" in China.
