核安全文化对核电施工管理人员工作压力影响的实证研究

【摘要】:我国作为世界上在建核电项目最多的国家,在核电快速发展中确保安全是第一要务。在我国核安全监管体系中,核安全文化作为重要的安全保障手段写入了核安全法规,各核电相关企业也普遍在提倡和实践核安全文化。与此同时,工作压力作为管理学和组织行为学等领域的重要研究内容,在理论界和实践活动中也一直受到关注。在核电施工领域,核安全文化与管理人员工作压力之间的关系,成为一个值得探讨的问题。本文通过对国内外相关理论文献的回顾和研究,提出了核安全文化对核电施工管理人员工作压力影响研究的基本思路和研究假设,并分两个阶段进行了实证研究。第一阶段为实证设计阶段,作者根据前人理论成果和人员访谈情况,设计并实施了问卷调查和数据汇总。第二阶段为软件分析阶段,作者使用SPSS 18统计软件对问卷数据进行了分析,形成了对研究假设的验证结论和其它研究结论。本文最后还根据研究结论提出了改进核安全文化建设和工作压力管理的建议,对研究的不足和未来研究可以关注的问题进行了简要分析。通过研究,本文主要得出以下结论:1)将核安全文化划分为核安全人人有责等八个维度是合适的,将工作压力划分为内源压力、外源压力和工作满意度三个维度也是基本合适的。2)核安全文化与外源压力及工作满意度之间存在着显著的负相关关系。3)年龄等人口统计变量对核安全文化和工作压力的部分要素有较为明显的差异化影响。4)当前核电施工环境中,外源压力比内源压力对工作满意度的影响程度更大。
[Abstract]:As the country with the most nuclear power projects under construction in the world, it is the most important task to ensure the safety in the rapid development of nuclear power. In China's nuclear safety regulatory system, nuclear safety culture, as an important means of safety and security, has been written into the nuclear safety laws and regulations, and nuclear safety culture has been widely advocated and practiced by nuclear power related enterprises. At the same time, work stress, as an important research content in management and organizational behavior, has been paid attention to in the field of theory and practice. In the field of nuclear power construction, the relationship between nuclear safety culture and working stress of managers is a problem worth discussing. Based on the review and study of relevant theoretical literatures at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the basic ideas and research hypotheses of the influence of nuclear safety culture on the working pressure of nuclear power construction managers, and carries out an empirical study in two stages. The first stage is the empirical design stage. The author designs and implements a questionnaire survey and data collection according to the previous theoretical results and personnel interviews. The second stage is the software analysis stage. The author uses the SPSS 18 statistical software to analyze the data of the questionnaire, and forms the conclusion of verification and other conclusions of the research hypotheses. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the nuclear safety culture construction and working stress management, and briefly analyzes the deficiency of the research and the problems that can be concerned about in the future research. Through the research, we draw the following conclusion: 1) it is appropriate to divide nuclear safety culture into eight dimensions: nuclear safety everyone has responsibility, and work stress is divided into endogenous pressure. The three dimensions of exogenous stress and job satisfaction are also basically appropriate. 2) there is a significant negative correlation between nuclear safety culture and exogenous stress and job satisfaction. 3) demographic variables such as age have a significant negative correlation with nuclear safety culture and work. Some of the elements of pressure have a distinct differential effect. 4) in the current nuclear power construction environment, The influence of exogenous pressure on job satisfaction is greater than that of endogenous pressure.
