【摘要】：过去的近十年伴随着国内经济的高速发展,各个行业都经历了高速爆炸式的快速发展模式。国内的水运工程行业也同样迎来了行业的发展巅峰。这就使得行业之内的竞争变得更加残酷。在当前的情况下公司能否继续生存并发展下去,制订出适合公司自身的发展战略变的尤为重要。ZC公司是国内较早和规模较大的水运工程设计单位,在经历快速发展和扩张的同时,也暴露出一些急需解决的问题,例如行业整合,产业链的衍伸等等。本文以ZC公司的现状为主要研究对象,通过波特五力分析法、SWOT和PEST分析法针对目前的整个水运行业的内、外部环境等各项因素和问题进行了细致的研究和分析,总结并制订出加快进行业务模式创新,打通全产业链,并提供一站式服务公司的发展战略。围绕这一中心战略,本文从业务和职能发展战略上进行了系统的描述,同时制订出了详尽的战略实施计划以及良好的战略保障措施。公司借助以上发展战略,要坚定的遵循立足工程咨询设计业务,充分发挥在工程全产业链的技术与服务优势,向业务链两端延伸,形成工程业务全过程服务能力,进而形成行业资源整合的能力,建立相应的资源整合平台,在新的市场环境下打造公司的核心竞争力。本文对公司的发展战略研究对同行业内的企业具有参考价值,希望能给同行业公司的发展提供帮助。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, with the rapid development of domestic economy, various industries have experienced a rapid development model of high-speed explosion. Domestic waterway engineering industry also ushered in the industry's development peak. This makes competition within the industry more brutal. Under the current circumstances, whether the company can continue to survive and develop, it is particularly important to formulate a development strategy suitable for the company itself. ZC Company is an early and large-scale water transportation engineering design unit in China. In the process of rapid development and expansion, it also exposes some urgent problems, such as industry integration, industrial chain extension and so on. Taking the present situation of ZC Company as the main research object, this paper makes a detailed research and analysis on the internal and external environment and other factors and problems of the whole waterway transportation industry through Porter's five-force analysis method and PEST analysis method. Summarize and formulate the development strategy of accelerating the innovation of business model, opening the whole industry chain and providing one-stop service company. Around this central strategy, this paper systematically describes the strategy of business and function development, and at the same time draws out a detailed strategic implementation plan and good strategic guarantee measures. With the help of the above development strategy, the company should firmly follow the engineering consulting and design business, give full play to the technical and service advantages of the whole engineering industry chain, extend to both ends of the business chain, and form the whole process service capability of the engineering business. Then it forms the ability of industry resources integration, establishes the corresponding resources integration platform, and builds the core competitiveness of the company under the new market environment. The research on the development strategy of the company has reference value for the enterprises in the same industry and hopes to provide help for the development of the same industry company.
