LC公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:集成电路产业在经济和社会发展中具有非常重要的战略地位。当前,集成电路产业发展已经上升为国家战略。面对这一发展机遇,LC公司如何选择自己的发展战略,对于公司未来的可持续发展意义重大。本文首先对LC公司进行了简要介绍,对公司面临的政治环境、经济环境、社会文化环境和科技环境进行PEST分析。当前中国集成电路行业面临着很难得的发展机遇,集成电路行业发展已经上升为国家战略,国家成立了发展基金促进行业发展,并设立国家层面的集成电路发展领导小组。当前经济发展处于转型期,传统行业的信息化改造、互联网+战略等都将为集成电路行业提供巨大的市场和发展空间,未来科技发展在国家战略中占有更加重要的地位,创新成为经济发展的新引擎,集成电路行业有更多的发展机会。接着对LC公司所处的行业情况进行分析,详细分析了行业竞争状况、市场趋势、手机厂商竞争情况、市场对产品的需求、芯片竞争态势分析、技术发展分析、产品价格分析、市场机会分析等;采用“五力模型”和竞争态势矩阵对LC公司的行业竞争环境进行评价,通过对竞争态势的量化评价,明确公司状况,为战略制定提供依据。然后对LC公司的内部条件进行了分析,详细分析了公司的经营状况,财务状况,管理水平,人力资源、技术能力等方面。最后采用SWOT分析,对公司面临的机会和威胁,优势和劣势进行总结分析,选择SO战略作为后续发展战略。根据SWOT分析的结果,对当前的战略进行调整,提出了新的发展战略,确定了总体战略目标和战略重点、战略阶段划分,详细说明了竞争战略、产品战略、人才战略、技术战略、市场战略。最后论述了实施战略的保障措施,从管理、投融资、用人、企业文化等方面详细讨论了战略保障措施。
[Abstract]:Integrated circuit industry has a very important strategic position in economic and social development. At present, the development of integrated circuit industry has risen to national strategy. Facing this development opportunity, how to choose its own development strategy is of great significance to the company's sustainable development in the future. In this paper, LC company is introduced briefly, and the political environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment and scientific and technological environment are analyzed by PEST. At present, China's integrated circuit industry is faced with a rare opportunity for development. The development of integrated circuit industry has become a national strategy. The state has set up a development fund to promote the development of the industry and set up a leading group for the development of integrated circuits at the national level. The current economic development is in the transition period, the traditional industry information transformation, the Internet strategy and so on will provide the huge market and the development space for the integrated circuit industry, the future science and technology development occupies the more important position in the national strategy. Innovation has become a new engine of economic development, and the IC industry has more opportunities for development. Then the industry situation of LC company is analyzed in detail, including industry competition, market trend, mobile phone manufacturer competition, market demand for products, chip competition situation analysis, technology development analysis, product price analysis. The market opportunity analysis and so on; the "five forces model" and the competition situation matrix are used to evaluate the industry competition environment of LC company, through the quantitative evaluation of the competition situation, the condition of the company is clear, which provides the basis for the strategy formulation. Then the internal conditions of LC company are analyzed, and the operating condition, financial condition, management level, human resource, technical ability and so on are analyzed in detail. Finally, SWOT analysis is adopted to summarize and analyze the opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by the company, and so strategy is chosen as the follow-up development strategy. According to the results of SWOT analysis, this paper adjusts the current strategy, puts forward a new development strategy, determines the overall strategic objectives and strategic emphases, divides the strategic stages, and explains in detail the competitive strategy, product strategy, talent strategy, technology strategy. Market strategy Finally, this paper discusses the safeguard measures of implementing strategy, including management, investment and financing, employment, corporate culture and so on.
