婴幼儿配方谷粉行业现状与对策研究

【摘要】：正为更好的保障婴幼儿配方谷粉的质量安全,降低或消除婴幼儿配方谷粉生产加工过程中的隐患,促进婴幼儿配方食品行业的良好、健康、有序发展,本文从婴幼儿配方谷粉企业的发展现状和存在的问题着手,分环节、分对象的对存在问题的成因进行了分析,并针对分析的结果,分别从企业主体和监管部门的角度分别提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:In order to better ensure the quality and safety of infant formula grain powder, reduce or eliminate the hidden trouble in the process of production and processing of infant formula grain powder, and promote the good, healthy and orderly development of infant formula food industry, In this paper, the development status and existing problems of infant formula rice flour enterprises are discussed, and the causes of the problems are analyzed, and the results of the analysis are pointed out.
