项目范围管理在快消行业CRM系统项目中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的快速发展,信息系统的建设为越来越多的企业发展提供了可靠有效的平台,但是除了这些能看到的好处外,在信息化建设的过程中,同样存在着很大的风险。本文正是基于这种环境下,为了增强并提高企业内部信息化系统建设的效率,尤其是那些属于快消行业的企业中的信息化建设,通过对C公司内部的一些历史的IT项目资料的深入研究发现,由于受企业本身的一些因素所限,如内部信息技术部门及信息技术人员的能力,绝大部分的IT项目都会实施外包,但是又没有一套优秀的项目管理的规范,导致项目实施过程中存在着很多的风险,为了解决这样的一些项目实施的问题及风险,本文在项目范围管理知识领域内进行了一系列的研究。本文首先通过对国内外文献的阅读研究将国内外项目管理的现状进行了分析,并提出了本论文的研究意义及目前需要解决的问题。然后对项目管理及项目范围管理的一些相关概念进行了深入研究,并对相关的技术方法如及工具的特点进行了的研究。同时为了研究快消行业IT项目的特点,对该行业的特性也进行了一定的研究分析,结合C公司目前项目实施所面临的问题,提出了在快消行业的IT项目实施过程中存在的几个关键问题以及如何来解决这些问题。通过对项目范围管理的过程研究以及对C公司的一些IT项目的实际案例数据分析,提出了一套适用于C公司的IT项目范围管理的过程。最后,对这套范围管理的过程,在C公司的CRM项目实施中进行了实践,对整个案例进行了分析研究,并总结了还存在的一些问题及还需要进一步完成的工作,整个范围管理的过程在C公司实际应用后,提高了公司IT项目的管理水平以及实施效率,对IT项目范围管理在快消行业项目的实施中有一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of information system provides a reliable and effective platform for the development of more and more enterprises, but in addition to the benefits that can be seen, there are also great risks in the process of information construction. This paper is based on this environment, in order to enhance and improve the efficiency of enterprise internal information system construction, especially those enterprises belonging to the fast elimination industry information construction. Through the in-depth study of some historical IT project materials within company C, it is found that due to some factors of the enterprise itself, such as the ability of the internal information technology department and information technology personnel, most IT projects will be outsourced. However, there is not a set of excellent project management standards, which leads to a lot of risks in the process of project implementation. In order to solve the problems and risks of such project implementation, In this paper, a series of researches are carried out in the field of project scope management knowledge. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of project management at home and abroad through the reading research of domestic and foreign literature, and puts forward the significance of this paper and the problems that need to be solved at present. Then some related concepts of project management and project scope management are deeply studied, and the characteristics of relevant technical methods such as tools are also studied. At the same time, in order to study the characteristics of IT projects in the fast elimination industry, the characteristics of the industry are also studied and analyzed, combined with the problems faced by the current project implementation of C Company. Several key problems in IT project implementation in fast elimination industry and how to solve these problems are put forward. By studying the process of project scope management and analyzing the actual case data of some IT projects in C Company, this paper puts forward a set of IT project scope management process suitable for C Company. Finally, this set of scope management process, carried on the practice in the C company's CRM project implementation, has carried on the analysis to the entire case, and has summarized some existing problems and the work which needs to be completed further. After the application of the whole scope management process in C Company, it improves the management level and the implementation efficiency of IT project, and has certain reference value for the implementation of IT project scope management in the fast elimination industry project.
