YC电力公司员工培训效果提升策略研究

【摘要】:员工培训是企业进行人力资源开发和管理的重要途径,是提升企业实力和效率的重要方法,也是构建企业核心竞争力的重要手段。经过员工培训,企业可以提高所辖员工基本素质、专业知识、合作态度、工作技能和管理能力,使企业获取更为可靠的人力资源保障。很多企业虽然重视员工培训,但是培训效果好不好、有没有达到预期效果却并不得而知,因此既无法保证培训效果也无法实现培训效果的提升。本文以YC电力公司员工培训为研究对象,通过科学论证其员工培训效果评价方法来得出客观可靠的培训效果评价,并针对这一评价制定富有针对性的提升策略,以期获得良好的培训结果。本文在对员工培训基本概念及国内外员工培训效果评估的相关研究、培训效果影响因素相关研究综述的基础上,具体分析了YC电力公司员工培训的队伍结构状况、培训中存在问题。根据层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建了评价电力企业员工培训,将员工培训分为反应层、学习层和行为结果层并分别通过模型赋值,得到明确的评价分值以衡量整体培训效果和各项培训指标。根据评价指标制定了具有针对性的、可操作性较强的培训效果提升方案。认为YC电力公司提高员工培训效果应该做到科学调整培训针对性,强化员工学习意识以提高学习效果,在实际工作中进一步应用培训所学内容,建立良好的培训反馈机制。此外,还要提升YC电力公司员工培训的保障,包括组织保障、制度保障和资源保障三个方面。
[Abstract]:Employee training is an important way for enterprises to develop and manage human resources, is an important method to enhance the strength and efficiency of enterprises, and is also an important means to build the core competitiveness of enterprises. Through staff training, enterprises can improve their employees' basic quality, professional knowledge, cooperative attitude, work skills and management ability, so that enterprises can obtain more reliable human resources security. Although many enterprises attach great importance to employee training, it is not known whether the training effect is good or not, and whether it has achieved the expected result is not known, so it is impossible to guarantee the training effect nor to achieve the training effect enhancement. This paper takes the training of YC Electric Power Company as the research object, through the scientific demonstration of its staff training effect evaluation method to obtain the objective and reliable evaluation of the training effect, and to formulate a targeted promotion strategy for this evaluation. In order to obtain good training results. On the basis of summarizing the basic concept of employee training and the related research on the evaluation of employee training effect at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the structure of the staff training team in YC Electric Power Company. There are problems in training. According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the employee training in electric power enterprises is constructed. The employee training is divided into reaction layer, learning layer and behavior result layer, and assigned by model, respectively. Get a clear evaluation score to measure the overall training effectiveness and training indicators. According to the evaluation index, a targeted and operable training effect promotion program was established. It is believed that YC Electric Power Company should adjust the training pertinence scientifically, strengthen the employee's learning consciousness to improve the learning effect, further apply the training content in the actual work, and establish a good training feedback mechanism. In addition, YC Electric Power Company staff training security, including organizational security, system security and resource security.
