中国医药制造业研发效率研究

【摘要】:医药制造业是关系国计民生的重要产业,一个地区的医药制造业的研发效率决定了这个地区该行业的发展后劲。为此,本文基于省际数据构建中国医药制造业研发效率评价模型,运用DEA分析方法,采用投入导向型的BC2模型分析我国31个省份医药制造业研发效率。研究发现我国目前3个省份医药制造业研发效率有效,28个省份医药制造业存在研发资源投入冗余或者研发产出不足。同时我国19个省份医药制造业存在着低技术效率,高规模效率的研发状况,需要进行合理的资源配置,实现研发效率的相对有效,这一发现为相关工业管理部门进行医药制造业研发资源有效地配置提供经验证据。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is an important industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. The R & D efficiency of a region's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry determines the development of this area. Therefore, based on the provincial data, this paper constructs the evaluation model of the R & D efficiency of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and uses the DEA analysis method and the investment-oriented BC2 model to analyze the R & D efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 31 provinces of China. It is found that the R & D efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is effective in 3 provinces of China, and that R & D resources are redundant or R & D output is insufficient in 28 provinces. At the same time, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 19 provinces of China has low technical efficiency and high scale efficiency of R & D, so it is necessary to allocate reasonable resources to realize the relative effectiveness of R & D efficiency. The findings provide empirical evidence for the efficient allocation of R & D resources for pharmaceutical manufacturing by relevant industrial management departments.
