青海省盐湖矿产资源开发环境承载力研究

【摘要】:近年青海省经济与社会发展水平不断提高,经济的发展必然会消耗资源,资源的消耗会给环境带来负面影响,青海省生态环境脆弱,盐湖矿产资源的开发会对环境产生影响,矿山企业的发展必须在环境承载力可承载范围之内,以求经济与环境的和谐发展。研究盐湖矿产资源环境承载力目的是分析盐湖环境承载力现状,以便改进破坏环境的方面,向更好的绿色矿山绿色开采迈步。首先,论文首先对青海盐湖开发现状进行分析,分析青海省环境特征、盐湖开发对环境的影响及青海省环境治理现状等,提出青海省盐湖矿产资源环境承载力的定义和计算公式。其次,用系统动力学的方法来构建了青海省盐湖矿产资源开发的环境承载力模型,选取盐湖分布县市作为空间分布边界,2007年至2020年作为时间边界。该系统包含3个子系统,将资源子系统与环境子系统作为承载方,经济社会子系统作为压力方。接着进行指标的选取,最终选出16个指标。接着,进行公式计算,输入数据,得到2007年至2012年的仿真值,进行可信度检验,发现偏差率在范围之内。运行模型预测2013年至2020年的预测值,分别得到资源、环境和经济社会子系统各个指标预测值,得到2013年至2020年青海省盐湖产业发展情况,分析承载力变化情况。最后,对系统压力方的主要影响因素进行设计,分析得到投资导向型、需求导向型与人力导向型三种情形下环境承载力变化情况,进而提出缓解环境承载力建议。论文对青海省矿产资源环境承载力进行分析,得出目前青海省盐湖矿产资源开发状态以及其环境可承载力情况,并预测2013年至2020年承载力变化趋势,提出发展模式,希望推进青海省盐湖产业绿色开发进程,在开发进程中环境与经济和谐发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of economic and social development in Qinghai Province has been continuously improved, and the development of economy will inevitably consume resources, and the consumption of resources will bring negative impact to the environment. The ecological environment of Qinghai Province is fragile, and the exploitation of mineral resources in salt lakes will have an impact on the environment. The development of mining enterprises must be within the range of environmental carrying capacity in order to achieve the harmonious development of economy and environment. The purpose of studying the environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources in salt lakes is to analyze the present situation of environmental carrying capacity of salt lakes in order to improve the damage to the environment and move towards better green mining of green mines. First of all, the paper analyzes the present situation of Qinghai salt lake development, analyzes the environmental characteristics of Qinghai Province, the impact of salt lake development on the environment, and the current situation of Qinghai Province environmental management, etc. The definition and calculation formula of environmental bearing capacity of mineral resources in Qinghai salt lake are put forward. Secondly, the environmental carrying capacity model of salt lake mineral resources development in Qinghai Province is constructed by the method of system dynamics. Salt lake distribution counties and cities are selected as spatial distribution boundary and 2007 to 2020 as time boundary. The system consists of three subsystems, the resource subsystem and the environment subsystem as the bearer, the economic and social subsystem as the pressure side. Then the selection of indicators, the final selection of 16 indicators. Then, the formula is calculated, the data is inputted, the simulation value from 2007 to 2012 is obtained, and the reliability test is carried out, and the deviation rate is found to be within the range. The operational model was used to predict the predicted values from 2013 to 2020, and the forecast values of resources, environment and economic and social subsystems were obtained, and the development of salt lake industry in Qinghai Province from 2013 to 2020 was obtained, and the change of bearing capacity was analyzed. Finally, the main influencing factors of the pressure side of the system are designed, and the changes of the environmental carrying capacity under the three conditions of investment-oriented, demand-oriented and human-oriented are analyzed, and the suggestions to alleviate the environmental carrying capacity are put forward. This paper analyzes the environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources in Qinghai Province, obtains the current status of mineral resources development and its environmental carrying capacity in Qinghai Salt Lake, forecasts the changing trend of carrying capacity from 2013 to 2020, and puts forward the development model. It is hoped that the green development process of salt lake industry in Qinghai Province will be promoted and the environment and economy will develop harmoniously in the process of development.
