【摘要】:企业战略是一个战略体系,企业在发展的不同阶段需要不同的企业战略支撑。区域发展战略是一座城市或一个区域的发展战略,是依据该区域的具体条件确定其发展的总体规模、产业定位、以及总体布局等带全局性、方向性、长期性的根本指导原则。“上海国际医学园区”是以现代医疗服务业、生物医药、医疗器械产业为核心的医疗健康产业聚集区,是张江高科技园区三大核心园之一,园区的战略目标是力争建成一座科技领先、环境优美、生态和谐的现代化医学科学城,成为中国乃至亚洲地区最具特色的“东方医谷”。“上海国际医学园区集团”是以市场化运作、公司制经营的管理开发区的运营商。因此上海国际医学园区的战略选择既关系到企业战略,又关系到区域发展战略。本文研究目的通过对企业现有问题分析,寻求更优的战略方案,为园区获得更佳的竞争优势和更长远的发展。通过对上海国际医学园区的内、外部环境分析,运用平台战略、发展战略、竞争战略相关理论和方法,运用定性和定量的市场调研、实证调查等工具对上海国际医学园区的战略选择进行关键要素的验证。探索上海国际医学园区如何在现有外部环境下完善自身产业生态圈,如何在不断变化的环境下获得竞争优势,谋求更长远和高效的发展。研究结论是:以平台战略思维为指导结合发展战略和竞争战略理论制定了上海国际医学园区发展路径,明确了园区战略选择,确立了五大战略原则:转换发展模式,激发网络效应;精耕细分市场,绑定平台用户;创新机制体制,提升服务能级;争做平台领导,确保竞争优势;整合外部资源,构筑共赢生态。四大战略任务:聚焦一条主线;做大两个产业;实现三个转变;做好四项提升。三大战略目标:中国医疗特区;上海健康经济示范区;浦东科技创新中心实践区。
[Abstract]:Enterprise strategy is a strategic system, and enterprises need different strategic support in different stages of development. The regional development strategy is the development strategy of a city or a region. It is the fundamental guiding principle of the overall, directional and long-term development of a city or a region, according to the specific conditions of the region to determine its overall scale, industrial positioning, and overall layout. "Shanghai International Medical Park" is a medical and health industry gathering area with modern medical service industry, biomedical industry and medical device industry as the core. It is one of the three core parks of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. The strategic goal of the park is to build a modern medical science city with leading science and technology, beautiful environment and harmonious ecology, and become the most characteristic "Oriental Medical Valley" in China and even in Asia. Shanghai International Medical Park Group is a management development zone operator operating on a market-oriented and corporate basis. Therefore, the strategic choice of Shanghai International Medical Park is not only related to the enterprise strategy, but also related to the regional development strategy. The purpose of this paper is to find a better strategic plan by analyzing the existing problems of the enterprises, so as to obtain a better competitive advantage and a longer-term development for the park. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Shanghai International Medical Park, applying the theories and methods of platform strategy, development strategy and competition strategy, applying qualitative and quantitative market research, Empirical investigation and other tools are used to verify the key elements of the strategic choice of Shanghai International Medical Park. This paper explores how the Shanghai International Medical Park can improve its industrial ecosphere under the existing external environment, and how to gain the competitive advantage in the changing environment in order to achieve a more long-term and efficient development. The conclusions are as follows: the development path of Shanghai International Medical Park is formulated under the guidance of platform strategic thinking combined with development strategy and competitive strategy theory, the strategic choice of Shanghai International Medical Park is defined, and five strategic principles are established: transformation of development model. Stimulate network effect; fine tillage subdivides the market, binds platform user; innovates the mechanism system, enhances the service level; competes for the platform leadership, guarantees the competitive advantage; integrates the external resources, constructs the win-win ecology. Four strategic tasks: focus on one main line; make two industries bigger; realize three changes; do a good job of four promotion. Three strategic objectives: China Medical Zone; Shanghai Health economy demonstration Zone; Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Center practice area.
