【摘要】：正近年来,衢州公司不断夯实业扩报装专业协同基础,以"互联网+业扩服务"机制为前端快响支撑、以"全流程系统优化、全业务数据量化、全环节时限监控、全过程信息公开"为后端协同保障,依托"服务快响平台"和"业扩全流程管控平台"开展服务需求快速响应,促进电网企业从被动粗放向主动创新型服务机制转变,提升客户办电体验。实施背景在经济增长放缓,售电侧放开引入竞争的新形势面前,需要我们进一步树立市场观念,坚持
