恢复与重建:1949-1956年我国手工业发展概述

【摘要】：新中国成立之初的现实国情,决定了满足国计民生需求、建设现代工业体系是国家稳定和发展的首要任务,这为手工业生产体系的恢复与重建提供了新契机。历经国民经济恢复期,在合作化运动的推进下,手工业生产快速恢复并走向集中,以集体所有制经济为主体的城乡结合、专业加副业的手工业生产体系逐步形成,成为当时推动国民经济快速发展的一支不可或缺的重要力量。在"优秀传统文化传承发展""传统工艺振兴""工匠精神"等关键词进入国家策略层面的今天,重新梳理、总结当代中国手工业的发展历史和规律,具有积极的现实意义。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the actual national conditions decided to meet the needs of the national economy and the people's livelihood. Building a modern industrial system is the first task of national stability and development, which provides a new opportunity for the restoration and reconstruction of the handicraft production system. After the recovery period of national economy, under the promotion of the cooperative movement, handicraft production recovered rapidly and moved towards centralization. The handicraft production system with collective ownership economy as the main body was combined with urban and rural areas, and the handicraft production system with specialty and sideline gradually formed. At that time to promote the rapid development of the national economy an indispensable and important force. Today, when the key words such as "inheriting and developing the excellent traditional culture", "revitalizing the traditional craft" and "the spirit of craftsmen" enter into the level of national strategy, it is of positive practical significance to rearrange and summarize the history and law of the development of contemporary Chinese handicraft industry.
