电网公司参与能效市场的商业模式研究

【摘要】:能源是经济社会可持续发展的物质基础和保障。近年来,由于经济持续快速发展,我国已成为世界第一能源消费大国。过度的能源消耗和环境污染问题已成为制约我国经济发展的瓶颈。如何合理高效地利用能源资源,提高能源的可持续自给能力,减轻工业生产对能源的依赖水平,是当前我国经济发展和社会建设过程中面对的重要课题。电力行业作为能源消耗大户,已经被推向节能减排的风口浪尖,背负着前所未有的社会责任。能效是一种具有成本效益的资源,将能效纳入电力规划具有重要的意义。电网公司在向终端用户推广能效方面具有得天独厚的优势。本文从商业模式的独特视角对电网公司如何参与能效市场进行了深入研究。首先,明确了商业模式的定义和构成要素,建立了应用于本文分析的商业模式钻石模型,其构成要素共六部分,包括两个外生环境变量(外部市场环境、战略定位)和四个相互作用的内生变量(业务系统、关键资源能力、盈利模式及现金流结构)。其次,设计了三种适宜电网公司参与能效市场的商业模式,即主导模式、中介模式及担保模式,并对三种商业模式的特点及电网公司在其中的角色定位进行了描述分析。再次,基于商业模式钻石模型建立了评价指标体系,通过层次分析法确定指标权重,用模糊综合评价法对其进行综合评价分析。评价结果表明主导模式是电网公司参与能效市场的最佳商业模式,但主导模式的实施在现阶段仍存在一些政策障碍。综合以上理论研究与分析结果,本文针对性的提出了促进电网公司参与能效市场的政策优化建议,从而为我国节能减排的发展提供绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Energy is the material foundation and guarantee for the sustainable development of economy and society. In recent years, due to the sustained and rapid economic development, China has become the world's largest energy consumption country. Excessive energy consumption and environmental pollution have become the bottleneck of economic development in China. How to make rational and efficient use of energy resources, improve the sustainable self-sufficiency of energy and reduce the level of dependence of industrial production on energy is an important subject in the process of economic development and social construction in China. As a large consumer of energy, the electric power industry has been pushed to the forefront of energy conservation and emission reduction, bearing unprecedented social responsibility. Energy efficiency is a cost-effective resource, and it is of great significance to integrate energy efficiency into power planning. Grid companies have a unique advantage in promoting energy efficiency to end users. This paper studies how grid companies participate in energy efficiency market from the perspective of business model. First of all, the definition and elements of business model are defined, and the diamond model of business model is established, which consists of six parts, including two exogenous environmental variables (external market environment). Strategic positioning) and four interacting endogenous variables (business systems, critical resource capabilities, profit models and cash flow structures). Secondly, three kinds of business models suitable for grid companies to participate in energy efficiency market are designed, that is, dominant mode, intermediary model and guarantee mode, and the characteristics of the three business models and the roles of grid companies in them are described and analyzed. Thirdly, the evaluation index system is established based on the business model diamond model. The index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze it. The evaluation results show that the dominant mode is the best business model for grid companies to participate in the energy efficiency market, but there are still some policy obstacles in the implementation of the dominant model. Synthesizing the above theoretical research and analysis results, this paper puts forward the policy optimization suggestions to promote grid companies to participate in the energy efficiency market, so as to provide a modest force for the development of energy conservation and emission reduction in China.
