【摘要】:农业"走出去"上升为国家战略已有10多年时间。目前,中国在境外投资农业发展迅速,但与国际主要粮商相比,仍面临着规模小、竞争力弱、融资难等问题。美国ADM公司是全球4大粮商之一,经过多年发展逐渐形成了"收储—运输—加工—转化—配送—市场销售"的全产业链,在产品多样化、业务整合、市场开发以及技术研发等方面取得了巨大成就。分析其发展历程、发展战略与布局以及投资经验将对中国企业的全球农业投资战略有重要借鉴意义。本文在详细分析ADM在南美洲投资经验的基础上,为中国企业"走出去"提供参考。
[Abstract]:Agriculture "going out" has been a national strategy for more than 10 years. At present, China's foreign investment in agriculture is developing rapidly, but compared with the main international grain merchants, it still faces the problems of small scale, weak competitiveness, difficult financing and so on. ADM is one of the four largest grain merchants in the world. After many years' development, it has gradually formed the whole industry chain of "collection, storage, transportation, transformation, distribution and marketing". It has diversified its products and integrated its business. Great achievements have been made in market development and technology research and development. The analysis of its development course, development strategy and layout as well as investment experience will be of great significance to the global agricultural investment strategy of Chinese enterprises. Based on the detailed analysis of ADM's investment experience in South America, this paper provides a reference for Chinese enterprises to go out.
