重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着我国汽车产销量逐年不断增长,废旧汽车零部件也在逐年增加。如果废旧汽车零部件得不到合理处置,就会带来一系列问题,如环境破坏、资源浪费、能源短缺等。再制造作为循环经济的最高形式,已经得到各国政府的高度重视,发展汽车零部件再制造产业已成为国内必然趋势。目前虽已得到政府和企业的高度重视,然而我国汽车零部件再制造产业仍发展缓慢,其中一个重要原因是国内再制造发动机市场所占市场份额低,消费者对再制造发动机的购买力低下。因此识别影响消费者购买再制造发动机的因素,理清影响因素对购买行为的影响过程,是促进再制造发动机销售及再制造产业发展的关键。本研究以重型卡车再制造发动机为研究对象,通过实地调研301名重型卡车司机,识别出再制造发动机购买行为的影响因素,剖析影响路径、因素间相互关系,建立我国重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为影响因素理论模型,并以此为依据为政府相关部门和企业制定促进再制造发动机购买行为的措施及建议。本研究主要内容和结论如下:(1)收集整理现有研究成果,结合我国具体国情,以计划行为理论和人际行为理论为基础,构建我国重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为影响因素理论模型,确定影响我国重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为的主要因素可以分为外部因素、内部因素和促成因素。(2)根据已有量表和理论模型设计开发我国重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为影响因素的量表,通过问卷调查法进行数据收集,运用实证分析法对量表进行数据统计分析。(3)运用SPSS软件进行影响因素因子分析,结果表明,影响我国重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为的影响因素中,内部因素包括产品知识、产品信任和环保消费价值观,外部因素包括产品属性和公共宣传,促成因素包含鼓励性政策和购买便利性两个因素。(4)运用回归分析研究重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为影响因素、购买意向和行为之间的关系。通过数据分析得出,再制造发动机的购买行为直接受购买意向的影响,内部因素直接影响购买意向,外部因素通过内部因素间接影响购买意向,即内部因素在外部因素对购买意向的影响中起中介作用。促成因素作为调节变量影响消费者再制造发动机购买意向到行为的转换。本研究站在多个学科领域视角对我国重型卡车再制造发动机购买行为影响因素进行了较为全面的概括,并运用实证分析的方法对影响关系和影响力进行了定量分析,为促进再制造发动机销售提供理论依据,并为汽车零部件再制造产业发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of automobile production and sales in our country, the waste automobile parts are increasing year by year. If the waste automobile parts can not be disposed properly, it will bring a series of problems, such as environmental damage, waste of resources, energy shortage and so on. As the highest form of circular economy, remanufacturing has been highly valued by the governments of various countries, and the development of automobile parts remanufacturing industry has become an inevitable trend in China. Although the government and enterprises have attached great importance to it, the remanufacturing industry of automobile parts in China is still slow, one of the important reasons is the low market share of domestic remanufacturing engine market. Consumers have low purchasing power for remanufacturing engines. Therefore, it is the key to promote the sales of remanufacturing engine and the development of remanufacturing industry to identify the factors that affect consumers' purchase of remanufacturing engines and to clarify the process of influencing factors on purchasing behavior. Taking heavy truck remanufacturing engine as the research object, 301 heavy truck drivers were investigated in the field to identify the influencing factors of the remanufacturing engine purchase behavior, and to analyze the influence path and the relationship between the factors. A theoretical model of the factors influencing the purchasing behavior of heavy truck remanufacturing engines in China is established, and based on this model, the measures and suggestions to promote the purchase behavior of remanufacturing engines are formulated for the relevant government departments and enterprises. The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) collecting and arranging the existing research results, combining the specific conditions of our country, based on the theory of planning behavior and interpersonal behavior, The theoretical model of the factors influencing heavy truck remanufacturing engine purchase behavior is constructed, and the main factors affecting the heavy truck remanufacturing engine purchase behavior can be divided into external factors. Internal factors and contributing factors. (2) according to the existing scale and theoretical model, we designed and developed the scale of influencing factors of heavy truck remanufacturing engine purchase behavior, and collected the data by questionnaire. Using the empirical analysis method to analyze the data of the scale. (3) using SPSS software to analyze the factors of influencing factors. The results show that the internal factors include product knowledge among the factors that affect the purchase behavior of heavy truck remanufacturing engines in China. Product trust and environmental protection consumption values, external factors including product attributes and public publicity, The contributing factors include incentive policy and purchase convenience. (4) the relationship between purchase intention and behavior of heavy truck remanufacturing engine was studied by regression analysis. Through the data analysis, the purchase behavior of the remanufacturing engine is directly affected by the purchase intention, the internal factor directly affects the purchase intention, and the external factor indirectly affects the purchase intention through the internal factor. That is, internal factors play an intermediary role in the influence of external factors on purchase intention. As a regulating variable, the contributing factors affect the conversion of consumer remanufacturing engine purchase intention to behavior. This research station summarizes the influencing factors of heavy truck remanufacturing engine purchase behavior from the perspective of many disciplines, and uses the empirical analysis method to quantitatively analyze the influence relationship and influence. It provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of remanufacturing engine sales and a reference for the development of automotive parts remanufacturing industry.
