【摘要】：建筑是城市最动人的乐章,是一座城市现代化建设发展,文化活力的最有力体现。上海作为全中国经济最为发达的城市,面貌时刻发生着变化,老百姓口中的“一年一个样,三年大变样”就是对城市建设的最好诠释。作为上海这座城市最大的国有建筑企业之一,上海QJ公司出色的完成了各项标志性建筑的建设,在城市发展的进程中,作了一定的贡献。但随着上海的建筑市场日渐狭窄,市政工程和标志性工程数量上的减少,放缓了作为主攻市政建设的国有建筑企业的发展脚步,“走出去”承接建设业务成为了企业发展的主旋律。随着“十八大”的召开,城镇化建设成为了国家发展的核心战略,也给上海QJ公司带来了新的历史发展机遇。如何解决问题抓住机遇?就必须对公司进行发展战略的分析和研究。本论文一共分为六个章节。第1章是绪论,阐述了论文的研究背景和研究意义,表明了本论文的研究思路和研究方法。第2章主要对企业发展战略研究理论文献进行了回顾,对企业发展战略管理的概念和层次进行了阐述,分析了企业战略管理的主要任务及影响战略发展的因素,以及企业战略的不同类型。第3章对论文的研究对象——上海QJ公司的基本情况、组织结构和人员状况进行了介绍和分析,对公司发展的不同历史时期进行了介绍,对目前发展现状进行了阐述。第4章从外部环境和内部环境两个大的方面,以外部政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境、技术环境、行业环境与内部管理能力、人员结构、企业文化、资源能力和核心竞争力为切入口,利用SWOT分析法对上海QJ公司进行了全方位的发展战略研究,分析出了其优势和劣势、机会和威胁。第5章从上海QJ公司发展使命与发展愿景出发,结合实际情况,制定了相适应的总体战略和竞争战略。第6章阐述了实施战略所需的资源和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Architecture is the most moving movement of the city and the most powerful embodiment of the city's modernization and cultural vitality. Shanghai, as the most developed city in China, is changing all the time. What the common people call "one year and three years' change" is the best interpretation of urban construction. As one of the largest state-owned construction enterprises in Shanghai, Shanghai QJ Company has accomplished the construction of all kinds of landmarks and made some contributions to the development of the city. However, as the construction market in Shanghai has become increasingly narrow and the number of municipal and landmark projects has decreased, the pace of development of state-owned construction enterprises, which is the main focus of municipal construction, has been slowed down. "going out" to undertake construction business has become the main theme of enterprise development. With the holding of the 18th National Congress, urbanization has become the core strategy of national development, and has also brought new historical development opportunities to Shanghai QJ Company. How to solve the problem and seize the opportunity? Must carry on the development strategy analysis and the research to the company. This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background and significance of the paper, and shows the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second chapter mainly reviews the theory of enterprise development strategy, expounds the concept and level of enterprise development strategy management, analyzes the main tasks of enterprise strategic management and the factors influencing the strategic development. And different types of corporate strategy. Chapter 3 introduces and analyzes the basic situation, organizational structure and personnel status of Shanghai QJ Company, introduces the different historical periods of the company's development, and expounds the present development situation. Chapter 4 discusses the external political and legal environment, the economic environment, the social and cultural environment, the technological environment, the industry environment and the internal management ability, the personnel structure, the enterprise culture, the external environment and the internal environment. The SWOT analysis method is used to study the overall development strategy of Shanghai QJ Company, and its advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats are analyzed. Chapter 5 starts from the development mission and development vision of Shanghai QJ Company and combines the actual situation to formulate the overall strategy and competitive strategy. Chapter 6 describes the resources and safeguards needed to implement the strategy.
