【摘要】：随着供电市场的全面开放,供电行业多种经营产业承受着巨大的改革压力。与此同时,由于受到电力体制改革深化、工程招投规范化等因素的直接影响,盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业陷入了主辅分离、市场化竞争激烈和业务来源减少的困境。国有产业垄断地方供电行业的格局逐渐被打破,以前依附在供电国有产业下的盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业面临着巨大的挑战。要想稳住盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业在市场中的地位,保持产业优势和核心竞争力,战略管理上的重大改革变的势在必行。本文首先从研究背景和目的方面引入研究主题,阐述了两方面内容,一是本文的目的和拟解决的问题,二是目前盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业现状和存在问题。为了能透彻的分析宏观和微观因素对盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业的影响,本文对国内一些优秀地区供电产业的多种经营发展经验进行了有效研究、科学分析,找到用以探求其发展的经验。同时还以盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业为案例,为分析供电多种经营产业的战略改革提供了实证研究的条件。其次,本文对盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业的战略管理情况进行了研究,对其自身内外部条件和目前所处大坏境进行了分析,进一步明确了盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业发展过程中的优势以及劣势。结合战略管理方法,从宏观角度上为盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业在今后的发展战略转变提供了理论支持。本文借鉴其他地市供电行业多种经营产业的战略管理及成功经验,就电力体制改革下的盘锦市供电行业多种经营产业的发展战略,提出可行性建议。希望对其他供电多种经营产业战略管理有一定的参考借鉴都具有深远的实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the overall opening of the power supply market, the diversified industry of power supply industry is under great pressure of reform. At the same time, due to the direct influence of the deepening of electric power system reform and the standardization of engineering investment, the diversified operation industry of Panjin power supply industry has fallen into the dilemma of separation of main and auxiliary, fierce market competition and reduced business sources. The pattern of state-owned industry monopolizing local power supply industry is gradually broken, and Panjin power supply industry, which is attached to the state-owned power supply industry, is faced with great challenges. In order to stabilize the position of diversified industry in Panjin power supply industry and maintain the industrial advantage and core competitiveness, it is imperative to change the strategic management. This paper first introduces the research theme from the research background and purpose, and expounds two aspects, one is the purpose of this paper and the problems to be solved, the other is the current situation and existing problems of diversified industry in Panjin power supply industry. In order to thoroughly analyze the influence of macro and micro factors on the diversified operation of power supply industry in Panjin City, this paper makes an effective research and scientific analysis on the experience of diversified operation and development of power supply industry in some excellent areas in China. Find the experience to explore its development. At the same time, taking Panjin power supply industry as an example, it provides an empirical research condition for the analysis of the strategic reform of power supply diversified operation industry. Secondly, this paper has carried on the research to the Panjin power supply industry diversification industry strategic management situation, has carried on the analysis to its own internal and external condition and the present big bad situation. The advantages and disadvantages of Panjin power supply industry in the development of diversified industries are further clarified. Combined with the strategic management method, it provides theoretical support for the development strategy transformation of Panjin power supply industry in the future from the macro point of view. This paper draws lessons from the strategic management and successful experience of the diversified operation industry of power supply industry in other cities and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the development strategy of the diversified operation industry in Panjin power supply industry under the reform of power system. It is hoped that it will be of great practical significance to the strategic management of other power supply diversified industries.
