青柴(QC)公司质量管理研究

【摘要】:青柴(QC)公司作为一个船用柴油机行业的新企业,在企业的工厂基础建设和硬件设备设施上均处于行业内的领先水平,人员配备、知识水平均高于目前国有的三大老国有船用柴油机厂。但是由于企业质量管理行业管理经验不足,公司质量体系执行目标不够明确,现场管理过于松散,企业员工行业经验比较缺乏,公司产品的质量受到较大的影响。再加上近几年来世界造船市场的持续低迷,国际海事组织(IMO)的规范越来越严格,船东和船厂的要求越来越高等等众多因素,企业产品的竞争力在逐渐的减退。因此加强和提高公司质量管理便成为公司目前进一步发展的瓶颈。符合市场发展和公司现有情况的质量战略的制定规划和实施变得尤为迫切,也成为青柴公司在市场竞争中生死存亡的关键。青柴公司所面临的诸多问题也是目前当前国内各种类型的生产型企业的通病。各类生产型企业是我国社会经济发展的首要力量,是国家国民经济发展的基础。虽然随着世界和我国经济的快速发展,部分生产型企业在质量、技术、服务等方面已经追上或者达到了世界的先进水平,但是大部分的生产型企业还仅仅停留在制造业的较低水平,技术质量水平不高,在世界经济的大市场里竞争力不强,仅仅依靠低价格取得部分低端客户的市场。而质量管理意识的停滞不前和质量战略的无法实施,严重的制约了这些的生产型企业的发展,正是形成的这种恶果的根源。如果要改变这种状况,使国内的生产型企业提高竞争力,在国际市场具有一席之地,质量战略的制定和实施成为这些企业的成功转型的重中之重。本文通过案例分析法,通过对具体的汽车行业的“TS16949体系”的由来、规划和实施的详细分析,确立质量战略制定和实施对青柴公司的重要性;通过对“丰田全面质量管理体系”的发展研究,确立明确清晰的质量战略目标对于青柴公司的质量战略目标的重要性。并通过PEST分析方法分析了青柴公司的宏观环境分析,通过SWOT分析法对青柴公司所面临的优势和劣势进行了分析,找出威胁和机遇。并运用分析和综合、归纳和演绎以及概括和抽象等各种方法,认识到公司的问题的本质所在,揭示质量战略的必要性。结合质量管理的发展历程和趋势,运用战略的分析工具。对公司现有的问题进行分析总结。论文经过研究认为:将质量管理上升到战略的高度,通过结合公司具体外部市场的竞争环境,企业的基本状况,产品的特性,资源配置,自身的优势和劣势,利用战略的眼光去制定、管理、实施和发展自己企业的质量战略等思路。才能使企业提高企业产品品质,增加公司在国内外市场的竞争力,才能持续的推动公司健康发展。
[Abstract]:As a new enterprise in the marine diesel engine industry, QC is in the leading level in the factory infrastructure and hardware facilities. The level of knowledge is higher than the current state-owned three old state-owned marine diesel engine factory. However, due to the lack of experience in the enterprise quality management industry, the implementation goal of the quality system is not clear enough, the field management is too loose, the industry experience of the enterprise staff is relatively lacking, and the quality of the company's products is greatly affected. In addition, in recent years, the world shipbuilding market continued to be depressed, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) more and more strict standards, shipowners and shipyards, and other factors, the competitiveness of enterprise products is gradually declining. Therefore, to strengthen and improve the quality management has become the bottleneck of the further development of the company. The formulation and implementation of quality strategy in line with the market development and the current situation of the company has become particularly urgent and has become the key to the survival of Qingchai Company in the market competition. Many problems faced by Qingchai Company are also the common problems of various types of production enterprises in China at present. All kinds of productive enterprises are the primary force of our country's social and economic development and the foundation of the national economic development. Although with the rapid development of the world and China's economy, some production-oriented enterprises have caught up with or reached the world's advanced level in terms of quality, technology, service, etc. But most of the manufacturing enterprises only stay in the lower level of manufacturing technology quality level is not high in the world economy in the market competitiveness is not strong only rely on low prices to obtain part of the low-end customer market. The stagnation of quality management consciousness and the failure of quality strategy seriously restrict the development of these productive enterprises, which is the root of the formation of this evil effect. If we want to change this situation and make domestic production enterprises to improve their competitiveness and have a place in the international market, the formulation and implementation of quality strategy has become the most important part of the successful transformation of these enterprises. This article through the case analysis, through to the specific automobile profession "TS16949 system" origin, the plan and the implementation detailed analysis, establishes the quality strategy formulation and the implementation to the green firewood company's importance; Through the research on the development of "Toyota Total quality Management system", the importance of clear quality strategic objectives to the quality strategic objectives of Qingchai Company is established. The macro environment of Qingchai Company is analyzed by pest analysis method, and the strengths and weaknesses of Qingchai Company are analyzed by SWOT analysis, and the threats and opportunities are found out. By means of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization and abstraction, the author realizes the essence of the company's problems and reveals the necessity of the quality strategy. Combined with the development of quality management and trends, the use of strategic analysis tools. Analyze and summarize the existing problems of the company. Through the research, the thesis thinks: to raise the quality management to the strategic height, through the combination of the company's specific external market competition environment, the enterprise's basic condition, the product characteristic, the resources disposition, the own superiority and the inferiority, Use strategic vision to formulate, manage, implement and develop their own corporate quality strategy and other ideas. In order to improve the quality of enterprise products, increase the competitiveness of the company in the domestic and foreign markets, can continue to promote the healthy development of the company.
