中国智造业的发展困境及对策

【摘要】：中国发展智造业具备市场空间和成本优势,但存在制造业产业结构、技术水平、产业配套能力、人才短缺等诸多问题。文章据此构建了中国智造业发展水平评价指标体系,并建议在政策层面优化产业环境、加强政府间合作、完善产业链配套,企业层面精简企业结构和实现整体管理等以促进智造业在中国的发展。
[Abstract]:The development of intellectual manufacturing industry in China has the advantages of market space and cost, but there are many problems such as manufacturing industry structure, technology level, industry supporting ability, talent shortage and so on. Based on this, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of China's intellectual industry, and proposes to optimize the industrial environment at the policy level, strengthen intergovernmental cooperation, and perfect the matching set of industrial chain. In order to promote the development of intellectual industry in China, enterprises should streamline their structure and realize overall management.
